全消光涤纶长丝加工性能的研究

【摘要】 全消光涤纶长丝作为一种差别化产品有较大的市场前景,目前多数制造厂家采用的是添加全消光母粒的工艺路线,而直接采用全消光涤纶切片生产具有产品质量稳定均匀的优势,但同时由于大装置生产的全消光切片稳定剂含量很低的特点,在长丝生产过程中的各种指标控制比母粒法要求更为严格。本文讨论了采用切片法生产全消光涤纶长丝的加工性能的特点和控制指标。在生产中,原料中无机粒子的含量、端羧基含量等对于加工特性有较大的影响;加工条件中的干燥效果、冷却成型条件、卷绕参数和最终热定型条件具有较大的影响;同时通过控制动态热应力、条干均匀度、退绕指标和染色效果可以有效地控制产品质量,最终生产出合格的全消光长丝。

【Abstract】 Full dull polyester filament has a rather large market position as a kind of differential products. Nowadays many producers make it in the process of master batch. The process of full dull chip has the advantage of even quality as the problem in the control of spin and draw because of the low content of stability agent in the production of full dull chip in the large equipment. It is discussed in this article that the process performance of the full-dull polyester filament. The content of TiO2 and –COOH has the obvious effect to the performance. The process condition, such as dry, quenches and takes up, also influence the final product. And the better quality products could be make through the control the parameters of heat stress, evenness, unwind factor and disability.
