基于CAN总线的激光冲击成形装置控制系统研究

【摘要】 具有五坐标工作台结构的智能激光冲击加工系统是在光机电一体化、先进制造技术和材料/制造工艺力学的概念下由江苏大学提出的。它结合了激光加工与柔性制造的特点,符合当今先进制造技术和激光加工技术的发展潮流,有很好的应用前景。在本论文中,对该课题计算机控制系统和软件技术方面进行了详细的研究,内容主要包括: 1.激光冲击控制系统硬件系统的研究与开发。对开放式CNC的体系结构进行了详细讨论,针对激光冲击控制系统提出了一种基于CAN总线的分布式数控的开放体系结构。分析了伺服驱动的原理,提出了一种基于伺服接口卡的电机驱动方案,并对伺服接口卡硬件部分进行了详细的设计。 2.激光冲击控制系统软件系统的研究与开发。研究了激光冲击控制系统的控制体系,在仔细分析该系统的功能的基础上,提出了激光冲击软件系统的设计方案,包括软件的模块体系结构、软件主要流程等,初步实现了基于Windows NT系统的激光冲击软件系统。 3.CAN总线技术的研究。深入研究了CAN总线的通信原理和CAN总线通信元器件的使用,制定了符合激光冲击控制系统控制要求的通信协议,编写了伺服接口卡CAN通讯模块的程序。

【Abstract】 The laser shock forming intelligent manufacturing system with 5-axis workbench was developed by JiangSu University under the concept of computer control, laser material processing, and advanced manufacture technology. It integrates laser processing technology and flexible machining technology, and it is found wide applications in many industrial fields. In this thesis, several research outcomes and results of the key software control system are introduced, as described below:1.The designing and implementing of hardware system for laser shock manufacturing system. In this thesis, open architecture of CNC is discussed in detail. After analyzing the requirement of laser shock control system, a open and distributed CNC architecture is proposed. It also described the control principle of servo , hardware design of servo-interface card.2.The designing and implementing of software system for laser shock manufacturing system. The computer control system is introduced for the equipment. After analyzing the function of the software system, a design of software system for laser manufacturing system was realized, including the design of the modules and the flow chart. The software system based on Windows NT was completed.3. The research of CAN-bus technology. It described the basic principle of CAN-bus and the use of CAN communication components. communication protocol accord with the control requirement of laser shock is set down. It also designed the program of communication module of servo-interface card.
