协同商品设计服务平台研究与开发

【摘要】 本文在全面研究了协同产品设计领域相关内容的基础上,基于对产品设计协同本质的深入理解,从面向市场、快速满足客户需求、支持创新设计的角度出发,提出了建设支持中小企业网络化技术创新的协同商品设计服务平台的研究课题。 文章阐述了CCDSP的内涵、特点及其设计流程,详细介绍了CCDSP的理论基础。从系统的观点出发,研究了协同商品设计服务平台的组成要素及其内在关系,提出了基于协同矩阵模型和齿轮联动模型的设计理念。构建了CCDSP用户界面层、功能模块层、框架核心层和系统支撑层的四层体系架构。 经济性方案敏捷实现过程中,涉及到各类零部件商品信息属性快速准确利用的问题,为最大限度的利用现有的资源,本文构建了CCDSP零部件供应管理体系。建立了CCDSP零部件供应商管理模型,通过对供应优化问题的模型分析和求解对供应商的选择进行了优化设计。描述了零部件对象的获取过程,阐述了零部件对象的编码原理,为实体方案向经济方案的匹配提供了映射依据。 CCDSP采用基于动态角色的动态权限实现灵活的用户安全管理。本文分析了RBAC的基本原理,实现了基于角色的权限管理模型和基于菜单资源的功能权限分配模型,阐述了相应的实现技术。 在CCDSP动态联盟支持系统的研究中,首先围绕细胞生长技术构建了动态联盟动态可重构的体系结构。其次围绕产品设计活动的展开,详细阐述了动态联盟的运行过程。在此基础上,描述了动态联盟的组织形态,并对盟员的协作模式进行了研究。 在动态联盟产品开发过程中,本文引入了协同项目管理的思想。描述了以资源为核心的动态联盟项目管理流程。以项目管理的思想为指导,将动态联盟协同项目管理过程分为启动层、计划层和控制层,详细阐述了每个过程阶段的系统结构和实现机制。提出了设计系统的工作结构分解(WBS)模型和组织结构模型,从而为整个过程管理建立了活动定义和任务分配的基本依据。构建了系统的资源管理模型,将设

【Abstract】 Based on the collaborative product design research and thorough understand for the essence of collaborative product design, from the point of market-oriented, customer demands fulfilled and supporting innovation design, Collaborative Commodity Design Service Platform is put forward, which supporting small and addle enterprises network technological innovation.The meaning, characteristic, design flow and theoretical foundation of CCDSP are expatiated in this paper. Proceeding from systematic view, the key elements of CCDSP are studied, the intrinsic relations of these elements are studied too. The design idea of collaborative matrix model and gear linkage model is proposed. At the same time, the system framework is structured, which are user interface layer, function module layer, frame core layer and system supporting layer.The question, which is how to utilize the commodity information of all kinds parts quickly and accurately, is involved during the realize of economic scheme. In order to utilize existing resource, the part supply and management system is structured and the supplier management model is set up. At the same time, the optimization design of the supplier’s choice is carried on by resolving the question of supply optimize model. The obtain process of parts object is described. The coding principle is expatiated, which offers the basis of alluding to the match of the economic scheme for entity’s scheme.The dynamic authority based on dynamic role is adopt, thus CCDSP achieves flexible user’s safety management. The basic principle of RBAC is analyzed, the authority management model based on role and function authority assign model are realized too, at the mean while, the corresponding implementation technique is expatiated.Firstly, according to cell technology, the architecture of alliance system is constructed during the research of dynamic alliance. Secondly,the operation course of the dynamic alliance is explained in detail, rounding the expansion of the product design activity. Then this paper describes the organization form of dynamic alliance and study the collaboration mode of leaguer.The collaborative project management theory is introduced in the dynamic alliance’s product development. Taking resource as core, the procedure of the dynamic alliance’s project management is described in this paper. Based on the project management theory, the system infrastructure is divided into start, plan and control layer; in the mean while, the structure and running mechanism of each phase are described in particular. In order to set up the basic unit of act definition and task allocation for process management, the work breakdown structure (WBS) model and organization structure model are expounded. The system resource model is established to manage the resources of the design process effectively. At the same time, the quality-based and working flow-based process control model and running mechanism are proposed.Finally, the process of collaborative commodity design is illuminated by a design case from the customer demand to the product. The economic evaluating results have been gained by the utility of the technology provided in this paper. With the help of CCDSP, these activities such as parts delivery, product assembly and delivery etc are achieved, the result validate the correctness and rationality of the aforesaid collaborative commodity design theory and technology.
