节流阀体压铸模计算机辅助设计与制造

【摘要】 节流阀体属于发动机关键零部件,其质量的好坏直接影响到发动机的性能和整车安全,同时汽车产品市场的竞争已转变为成本的竞争。因此,提高产品质量,降低不良品率,提高模具使用寿命,以降低产品成本是汽车零部件企业当务之急。本文针对节流阀体本体,采用CAD/CAM集成技术,完成了模具的三维实体造型和计算机辅助数控工艺设计,实现了该模具CAD/CAM集成设计和制造;运用设计计算对浇铸系统、冷却系统进行了设计验证,优化了模具的设计;同时压铸过程中对压铸工艺参数进行了优化设计,经试验验证提高了产品质量。在研究中主要完成如下工作: (1)首先在详细查阅大量国内外参考文献的基础上,回顾了压铸模具设计与制造现状、压铸模具使用寿命情况、压铸模CAD/CAE/CAM技术的发展概况、研究现状及发展趋势,了解和掌握目前国际、国内模具寿命情况,并结合本企业情况,提出了本课题的研究方法,即:CAD/CAE集成应用—关键设计参数分析计算—工艺参数优化设计。 (2)介绍节流阀体压铸零件的结构和形状、零件的工艺性、零件技术要求等,零件的工艺性的好坏,决定了零件的质量和模具的使用寿命。同时从设计原则、总装、验收、材料及热处理、强度与成本以及模架等方面提出了模具设计的基本要求。确定了模具设计的总体思路。

【Abstract】 Throttle body is a key part of engine, its quality will directly effect engine performance and safety of the automobile, With the automobile competition having transformed into the cost competition . prolonging die set life-span, cutting down reject rate and product cost are the urgent matter for the enterprise of auto parts production .Three dimensional structure of the throttle body die set and computer aided numerical control technology are designed for the die set CAD/CAM integrated technology design and manufacture by CAD/CAM . Casting system and coolant system are proofed to improve the die set design optimization in design computing . Simultaneously, die-casting technology parameter are designed optimally to improving product quality. The main researches are followed as:(1) Basing on referring lots of the literature domestic and abroad amply, the article reviews the actuality of the die-casting mold design and manufacture, the life stats, the development, the research of the die-casting mold, and the trend of the die-casting mold CAD/CAE/CAM technology. Know and master the information on the current domestic and abroad die-casting mold life stats, combine the enterprise stats, and advance the study means of this lesson , it is: CAM/CAM IntegrationApplication-Key Design Parameter Analysis Calculation-Techniques Parameter Optimize Design.(2) The article expounds the structure and shape of the throttle body, the art and technology of the parts etc. The technology of the part determines the quality of the parts and the life of mould. Simultaneously , it has advanced the basic require of the mould during the aspect from the design principle, assemble, test, material and heat treating, intensity and cost, and mould shelf. So it has ensured the collective idea of mould design.(3) To the entity sculpt system of the basic character parameter , it is sure to accomplish the mould CAD three-dimensional entity sculpt by basic body character .draft , figuration character and character operation. It makes sure the mould correlative parameter through the academic calculation of the molding system and the refrigeration.(4) For the mould structure character, combining the actual instance of the current stats numerical control equipment and cutters and so on, it draws out mould machining art project. Using perfect means provided by Delcam set the numerical control machining of the coarse and elaboratemachining .examine the interference collision for the clincher , pole by the emulation software machining module, and make sure the operational progress of the part numerical control machining.(5) Through the die-casting art parameter optimizing design of the pressure, effluent speed, filling time, fast effluent transition location and so on, it makes sure the perfect art parameter, and improves the production quality by experiment validate.
