云锡大马芦细粒锡石浮选药剂优化研究

【摘要】 大屯选厂是云锡集团公司的主力生产单位,开展大马芦氧化矿资源的选矿试验研究工作,是开发、利用大马芦资源的重要组成部分;全方位开展试验研究是开发利用资源的重要举措。 选矿实践中,细粒锡石的回收比较困难,而且很多锡石中含有大量的方解石、石英,它们的存在严重的影响锡石的浮选。 本论文主要研究水杨氧肟酸及其它几种锡石捕收剂浮选锡石的机理。首先,用水杨氧肟酸等几种捕收剂对细粒锡石单独浮选和组合浮选行为进行了研究。结果表明:正确的药剂组合可以提高锡石的浮选效率;水杨氧肟酸与P86药剂组合适宜于浮选细粒锡石,而其它药剂组合则效果不理想。 为了深入的探讨组合药剂浮选锡石的作用机理,试验通过对矿物表面动电位的测量并采用红外吸收光谱等现代测试技术,对水杨氧肟酸与其它捕收剂之间以及组合捕收剂与锡石之间的作用机理进行了研究。结果表明:水杨氧肟酸单独使用时,在锡石矿物表面形成多层吸附:药剂组合使用浮选锡石时,在矿物表面同时存在药剂的穿插和层叠共吸附。 论文在矿物浮选试验的基础上还研究了矿浆中Fe3+、Fe2+、Ca2+、Al3+离子的存在对捕收剂浮选锡石的影响。从理论上进一步分析了Fe3+、Fe2+、Ca2+、Al3+离子的干扰原因。 本论文对云锡大马芦细粒锡石的浮选药剂研究,取得了一定的成果,对于今后的生产实践具有重要的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Datun mineral processing plant is main production unit of YunXi Group Corporation.The floatation research work of exploiting Da Malu Oxide ore resource is the important component of exploiting resource to take experiment research in all respects.How to improve the concentration of fine tin ores has troubled us for many years. Many tin ores contain calcite、 quartz in considerable quantity.the presence of calcite、 quartz could seriously a acting mechanism of these collectors on minerals were investigated.In this paper the mechanisms of cassiterite flotation of SHA and several other collectors have been studied. First,the flotation behavior of cassiterite was studied by using two collectors,either in single addition respectively or in the mixture of the two . The research results show that the flotation index using composite collector were superior to that single collector . The results indicate that collector composed of SHA and P86 is suitable for the flotation of cassiterite ; the other composite collectors are not suitable for the flotation of cassiterite .By means of the measurements of zeta-potential and infrared adsorption spectrum . the interaction mechanism of composite collectors with cassiterite was studied . Among SHA adsorption on cassiterite surface , chemical adsorption occupied first place and non-uniform physical adsorption come second . Combined use of collectors . SHA and other collectors are co-adsorption on the surface of cassiterite and help each other . It means that while SHA molecules forms monolayer -adsorption on the cassiterite ,other collectors insert it or cover it . forming inserted-coadsorption and laminated-coadsorption simultancously .In this paper, on basis of the research results of pure minerals flotation tests . The effects of Fe3+、 Fe2+、 Ca2+、 Al3+ ions interruption cassiterite flotation were studied . The resons of Fe Fe3+、 Fe2+、 Ca2+、 Al3+ions interruption cassiterite flotation were analied by theories.This research of collectors to fine eassiterite of Da Malu has achieved some results, and what the auther has done has some signifance in future long-term product.
