【摘要】 水路运输对一国的经济发展至关重要,因而对作为水路运输工具的船舶进行监督、管理也是异常重要的,船舶登记是进行有效管理的前提。本文对船舶登记的基本概念、类型以及登记作为物权公示方法的效力作了介绍;对我国船舶登记制度进行了深入地研究,阐述了我国船舶登记的性质,详细介绍了我国船舶登记立法的改革历程,尤其是这次《船舶登记条例》的修改,提出了我国船舶登记中的不足以及将来仍需改革的诸多方面,并对我国实践中船舶登记的某些问题进行了研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transportation by water has a great importance to the economy of one country, as a result, the supervision and management to the ships as transportation tools are also abnormally important. The ships register is a premise to the valid management. In this essay, basic concept, types of the ships register and the effect of register as the way to show real right publicly are introduced; And it makes a thorough research of register systems of our country, sets forth the nature of ships register, fully introduces the reformation process of ships register legislation in China, particularly the modification of ’the regulation of ships register in China’; This paper puts forward shortages of register system and some aspects which still need reformation in the future as well, and does research about some problems in ships register practices.更多还原
