中厚松散层下防砂(塌)煤柱合理留设研究

【摘要】 论文立足解放国内新、老煤矿在中、厚松散层水体下留设的各类不合理安全煤柱,实现煤矿安全高效生产。论文以皖北局百善矿为实例,介绍了矿区的地理地质背景,重点分析研究了矿区基岩及风化带、基岩裂隙含水层、“四含”、“三隔”、“三含”等的物理力学特性、结构特征、水理性、渗透稳定性及分布规律。论文利用数值模拟,模拟分析了煤层采空区覆岩变形破坏的分布特征及规律,给出了试采工作面的最大冒落带的值。论文还借助于GIS的空间分析功能,分析研究了合理留设防砂(塌)煤柱理论,设计留设了试采工作面的煤岩柱的厚度,平均提高开采上限近20m;输出了多因素指数分析图和留设安全煤柱的区划指标等级稳定性图。论文成功实现了防砂(塌)安全煤岩柱的研究设计,并取得试采成功,极大地提高了煤层开采上限,实现了GIS和煤矿合理留设安全煤柱相结合的新技术研究,丰富了国内外在中、厚松散层下煤矿合理留设防水、防砂(塌)煤柱的安全开采实践和理论,具有重要的社会和经济价值。

【Abstract】 This dissertation finds a foothold to release the various established irrationality security pillar coal in new or outdated domestic coal mine, which is under water substance of moderate or thick unconsolidated formation, to realize coal mine safety high effect produce. The dissertation examples the BaiShan coal mine of WanBai bureau, introduces the geography geologic background of mine field, high lightly analyzeses and researches the physical mechanic characteristic, the architectural feature, the water texture characteristic, the permeate stability and the regularity of distribution of the basement rock and weathered zone, the basement rock fissured water-bearing formation, the fourth water bearing layer, the third water-resisting layer, the third water bearing layer and so on in the mine field. The dissertation makes use of the numerical simulation, simulates and analyzeses the distributional characteristic and law of the distortion and destruction of the rock in the coal seam worked-out area, presents the number of the most inbreak zone in the exploration workplace. The dissertation ,by means of the spatial analysis function of GIS, analyzeses and studies the theory of reasonable setting up the pillar coal to defend sand pouring and collapsing, designs and gives the thickness of the coal and rock pillar in the exploration workplace, increases the average thickness near twenty meters of the upper limit of exploiting coal. The dissertation draws the analytic map about the multifactor indices and the stability diagram about zoning indices rank of setting up the security coal pillar .The dissertation succeeds in realizing the research design of security ingredient pillar in preventing sand from pouring and collapsing, succeeding in increasing upper limit in the coal seam exploitation, realizes new industrial research of adjoining GIS and coal mine reasonable establishing security pillar coal ,exuberance home and abroad safe working practice and theory under thick unconsolidated formation in coal mine about reasonable setting up pillar coal to defend water and prevent sand from collapsing, possesses the important society and economic value.
