在校研究生生活目的与意义研究

【摘要】 本研究从弗兰克尔的意义治疗理论对改善高校研究生生存状态的意义这一切合点出发,以福州的三所高校的370名硕士研究生为研究对象,利用以意义治疗为理论根基并能体现个体从现实生活中获取意义感的《生活目的测验》作为研究测试工具,结合访谈法与资料搜集法,力图找出影响高校硕士研究生在校生存状态的具体因素。研究发现具备看好的就业前景、良好的专业素质、明确的考博意向、满意的人际关系、健康的身体状况以及那些属于同等学历类别的硕士研究生在《生活目的测验》上的得分明显地高于在这些方面自我评价不高、表现消极的硕士研究生和在生源性质上属于应届本科或往届本科毕业的硕士研究生;另外,被试的生源性质、躯体状况、人际关系还会与年级、性别、文理、专业背景、情感架构、经济状况、家庭类型等因素相互作用共同影响到被试生活目的与意义的获得。最后,本研究立足于《生活目的测验》的测试结果并吸取意义治疗理论的精华部分,从高校心理健康教育和研究生自我心理保健两个方面着手去提高、改善在校研究生的生存状态,以期为广大从事高校心理健康教育的理论研究者和实践工作者提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 Based on the combination of the significance of Meaning Therapy for the improvement of the state of being for the Graduate students, the article employs 370 Graduate students as the research objects of different literary style and grades respectively of 3 universities in Fuzhou, Fujian, uses the scale of PIL(the purpose in life) which is composed on the basic theory of Meaning Therapy, adopts interview method and data collection method, in order to seek for the elements that lays effect on the state of being of the Graduate students.It turns out that the students who have promising employment foreground, good profession character, clear and definite intention for the Doctor’s degree, good body condition, satisfied social interaction and those who belong to the kind of equal educational background in student category get a goal clearly higher on PIL than those whose ego evaluation is not high, whose performance is negative, and those who are undergraduates in line with student category. Moreover, the interaction between main-effect contributors such as student category, body condition, social interaction and other factors such as grade, sex, literary style, profession background, emotion structure, economic condition and family style could also do contribution to scores on PIL.According to the result of the PIL and in light of the essence of theory of Meaning Therapy, the article finally proposes to enhance and improve the state of being for the postgraduates respectively from the perspectives of school-social authority and the student group itself. Hopefully, this dissertation will serve as some reference for theoretical pursuers and practical teaching staff.
