复合加工高温合金新方法及其装备研究

【摘要】 高温合金等具有高硬度、高强度、高耐磨性、高功能性的新型材料现已广泛应用于航空、船舶及化学工业中,但由其性质可知它们多数难于加工。因此,如何对它们进行高效率高质量加工已成了急需解决的难题。 本文全面综述了高温合金等难加工材料的应用和磨削特点及各种相关加工技术的研究发展现状、应用情况等。论文针对高温合金韧性塑性大、粘附性强、磨削效率极低的特点,从提高难磨削材料磨削效率角度,提出了一种新的电解电火花机械磨削复合加工方法设计思想,论述了其加工的基本原理。 论文在提出新方法的加工装置设计思想后,主要针对装置中实验研究所需的特殊工作电极——开槽CBN砂轮、专用工作液、复合电修整所需的专用脉冲电源等进行了研究设计或分析选择,并阐述了其重要性。根据新方法复合加工的需要研制出了开槽CBN砂轮,并对其断续磨削理论和在线修整作了分析阐述。对比工作液对各种加工效果的影响,结合电解电火花加工及机械磨削的综合作用,由理论论证选择出了合适的复合加工专用工作液。对各种加工方法所用电源作了比较,根据电解电火花进行磨削复合加工的特点对所需电源提出了功能要求和主要电参数的设计要求,在满足这些要求的基础上设计出了专用电源的方框图及整体电路图。 理论论证和研究得出:论文提出的“电解电火花机械磨削复合加工法”是一种既能大幅提高高温合金磨削效率,又能获得较高磨削质量的新型磨削方法,致力于这方面的研究具有重要的理论和实际意义。

【Abstract】 Such new materials as high-temperature alloy have high hardness, high strength, high wear ability and high functional. These new materials are applied extensively to aviation, craft and chemical industry already now. Most of them are difficult to process by its nature we can know. So how to process them with high quality and high efficiency has become a badly difficult problem in need of solution.The paper summarized application and grinding characteristics of such difficult-to-grind materials as high-temperature alloy and so on in detail. And the paper has described current situation of research, development and application of different relevant processing technologies. According to characteristics of heavy toughness plasticity and strong seizing and low grinding efficiency of high-temperature alloy, for improving grinding efficiency of difficult-to-grind material, the paper have put forward a new design philosophy of mechanical electrolysis-electro discharge system machining (MEEC) and described machining theory.After proposing design viewpoint of processing equipment of the new method, the paper mainly researched, designed or analyzed and chose special work electrode—slot CBN emery wheel needed in experiment, special-purpose treatment fluid and special-purpose pulse power source needed in electricity’s compound repairing. The paper also has explained their importance; developed slot CBN emery wheel according to the needs for combined machining in new method; analyzed and described the theory of paring intermittently and in-process dressing. Comparing the impact on processing results of various kinds of the treatment fluid, combining comprehensive function of MEEC, the paper has verified and chosen a kind of suitable special-purpose treatment fluid used in combined machining. Comparing power source used in various kinds of processing methods, according to characteristics of MEEC, the paper has proposed function requirement of power source and designing requirement of main electric parameter.
