空分装置计算机控制系统设计实现

The Design of Alteration for Lai Gang Medium Section Mill’s Control System

【摘要】 制氧在冶金生产中起着极其重要的作用。空分装置的自动化控制水平是决定制氧产品质量的重要因素。 莱钢12000m~3/h空分装置原来采用智能仪表和单回路调节器进行参数显示和控制,此系统投入运行近十年,故障高峰期已到,不能满足制氧生产的要求。为了解决该控制系统功能落后、使用寿命已到、无备件等问题,;莱钢采用Elsag Bailey公司的Freelance 2000全集成过程控制系统对空分装置控制系统进行改造。 本文围绕12000m~3/h空分装置控制系统的技术改造,提出了相应的控制方案,详细阐述了空分装置计算机控制系统的组成,软、硬件的设计、系统调试及使用说明。 根据制氧工艺要求设计了系统硬件。上位机包括工程师工作站和操作员站各一台,过程站包括互为冗余的控制器两台,上位机和过程站之间通过以太网进行通信。该系统具有CPU、电源、通讯网络、操作站等冗余功能,可扩展性强,增加了系统的可靠性和准确性。 上位机采用DigiTool软件包中的Graphic绘图软件编制了全汉化的图形化人机界面,对过程数据进行存储、显示和处理。过程站使用Digitool软件包中的功能块(FBD)和梯形图(LD)等编程语言进行编程完成空分装置的各种控制功能,如实现了空气压缩机的防喘振控制,实现了氢流量自动调节和其它回路调节,实现了分子筛和氩干燥器的顺序逻辑控制等。 现在,该空分装置的分布式控制系统已通过现场调试并投入运行,提高了制氧产品质量,稳定了工况,并大大降低了维护成本和维护量,减少了故障,达到了用户满意的效果。

【Abstract】 Oxygen is highly important in metallurgical industry. In order to increase the yield of Oxygen and improve its quality, it is necessary to improve the control of the Air Separation Device.Laiwu steel Group’ Ltd. has an Oxygen workshop which yield of oxygen is 12000m~3/h. Intelligent instruments and single loop adjusters were used to display and control parameters, but this system hasn’ t meet the requirement of actual production. To resolve the problems, such as, the function was out-of-date, the lifespan was reaching and there was no spare part, we innovated the automatic control system of the Air Separation Device with the compact distributed control system Freelance 2000.The control scheme is proposed to the technical innovation for the Air Separation Device. The system composition, the hardware design, the software design, the system commission are discussed in detail in this thesis.The system hardware is designed according to the technological requirements, the upper computers include an engineer workstation and an operator station and the process station include two controllers that are redundant for each other. The upper computers and the process station are linking by Ethernet. There are redundant CPUs, power supplies, communication nets and operator stations that improve the reliability and the veracity of the control system.The operator software is programmed in SFC display of software package DigiTool and the human-machine interface is friendly. It can display dynamic, animated graphic displays performing data collection, data processing and data display. The program of controller is edited by function block and ladder logic of software package DigiTool, which realizes every control function of the Air Separation Device, such as anti-surge control for the Air compressor, Hydrogen flux control, logical control for molecule griddle and Argon drier, ect.
