特征建模系统开发与3D向2D转换的研究

【摘要】 为了满足中小企业实施CAD/CAM 集成过程中对产品特征模型的需要,本论文利用特征建模的相关理论和技术,采用面向对象的软件开发方法,在AutoCAD 2004 平台的实体造型基础上,借助面向对象的二次开发工具ObjectARX 2004,开发出了零件特征建模系统,在AutoCAD 平台上实现了基于特征的设计,本系统具有良好的模块性和开放性,用户界面友好,操作方便。同时,考虑到二维工程图作为重要的技术资料,在企业的实际生产中仍是不可缺少的,因此,本论文在AutoCAD 平台的视图自动生成功能的基础上开发了二维工程图模块,实现了由三维模型向二维工程图的快速转换。本论文的研究为中小企业实施CAD/CAM 的集成奠定了基础,同时对企业的实际生产也具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the demands of product feature-model in the processof the medium and small enterprises applying the integration of CAD/CAM,the part feature-based modeling system is developed in this paper on theplatform of AutoCAD 2004 with the object-oriented secondarydevelopment tool of ObjectARX 2004. So, the feature-based design isrealized on AutoCAD. The part feature-based modeling system isdeveloped according to the theory and technology of feature-basedmodeling, by the object-oriented software development method. Thissystem has modularity and an open structure, and has a friendly userinterface, and can be operated conveniently. At the same time, consideringthat the 2D drawing, as an important technology document, isindispensable in the production of enterprises, therefore, the 2D drawingmodul is developed based on the automatically creating views function ofAutoCAD, and the rapid transformation from 3D model to 2D drawing isrealized. The research in this paper establishes the foundation for applyingthe integration of CAD/CAM in the medium and small enterprises, and hasgreat significance on the real production of enterprises.
