小康矿软岩矿井巷道优化设计

【摘要】 软岩工程是当今世界上工程界、理论和学术界都十分关注的热点课题。由于理论的建树、规程、规范的完善尚不够完善,在一些工程中出现了不少问题,已成为极待解决的重点科技攻关项目。年青煤炭和膨润土、高岭土等非金属矿床开采所遇到的软岩巷道支护问题尤为严重。在众多实践中,软岩巷道支护结构设计与施工、支护材料的选用等方面,已取得了很多成果。但是,对软岩矿井设计总体布局优化的研究还比较少,特别是在极软岩矿井成果较少。为了本标兼治,发挥总体效果,进行软岩矿井设计优化是事半功倍之举。本文介绍了小康矿在极软岩中,针对本矿的煤层赋存状况及自然地质条件围绕极软岩矿井巷道设计优化的问题进行了研究和实践,做到了本标兼治,发挥了总体效果,实现了“一井一面”集约化生产,达到了高产高效水平。

【Abstract】 The soft-rock project is hot spot task in field of engineering,theory and academic at present in the world .Since respects such in theory,rehulation and norm are improved insufficiently yet.In some engineering had arised much problems,this important problem demanding prompt solution in the scientific research.The problem by soft-rock support which in adolescent coal and nonmetal deposit bentonite with kailon become especially outsanding.people have acquired many achievement in soft-rock practice,such as in support design sheltering,building and shelters stuff chooses.It is still comparatively little yet designing the research that the total distribution optimizes to the soft-rock mine,particularly in exceedingly soft-rock mine.Bring into play total effect is underway the soft-rock mine design to optimize the factor belongs getting twice the result with half the effort. This paper introduce the practice the exceedingly soft-rock condition in Xiaokang mine.The keeping term is composed in the geology conditional and coal bed in view of this mine,revolveing round the problem in exceedingly soft-rock mine roadway design optimization is studied and the practiced.Think over both of essence and phenomenon,bring into full play total effect,achieve the “one mine one work-face”and intensify manufacture.The high production and efficency level attain.
