基于组件式GIS的地籍管理信息系统研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的飞速发展和各级政府对地籍管理工作的日益重视,建立地籍信息系统,实现地籍的信息化管理是我国土地管理当前最迫切的任务之一。地理信息系统技术的应用在地籍信息系统的建设中起了举足轻重的作用。由于技术体系原因,传统GIS面临着许多难以解决的问题,ComGIS是解决传统GIS所面临问题的全新解决方案。本永安市地籍管理信息系统就是应用ComGIS、空间数据库等先进技术开发研制的。实践证明,永安市地籍管理信息系统在很大程度上解决了目前地籍管理信息系统存在的一些弊端,实现了地籍信息的科学化管理,大大提高了生产效率。 论文首先介绍了运用ComGIS技术开发研制永安市地籍管理信息系统的意义;详细阐述了永安市地籍管理信息系统的总体设计方案,还着重论述怎样将ComGIS以及空间数据库、时态数据库、组件技术等目前前沿的一些计算机技术运用于地籍管理信息系统中。利用空间数据库技术,使空间数据与属性数据实现一体化的无缝集成。另外,本系统所设计的时空数据模型,可以完整地保存宗地历史信息,实现宗地历史信息的查询。本论文还详细介绍了系统应用逻辑层的主要组件及其功能,阐述运用ComGIS技术实现GIS与办公自动化的无缝集成,以及系统部分图形功能的实现。在本文最后,总结了本论文研究的结论及提出了继续研究的展望。

【Abstract】 With the development of the technology of the computer and governments at all levels attaching more important to the cadastral management day by day, setting up cadastral management Information System and realizing informationization manages of cadastral will be the most urgent task of our country land management. The application of geographical information system technology play a important role in the construction of cadastral management Information System. For technology reasons, traditional GIS faces a lot of problems which are difficult to solve. ComGIS is a brand-new solution to solve the problem that traditional GIS faces. Yongan city cadastral management Information System is completed by using advanced technology , eg. ComGIS,space database . It has been proved that Yongan city cadastral management Information System has solved some drawbacks that the old management information system’exists, has realized scientific management of cadastral information, has improved production efficiency greatly.The thesis has recommended the meaning of using ComGIS technology to develope the Yongan cadastral management Information System at first. Overall plan of design of the Yongan city cadastral management Information System is explained in detail, it is described emphatically in this thesis how advanced computer technology at present eg:ComGIS,space database, tense database,package technology ,is applied in the system. Space data and attribute data’s sewless integrated is completed byUtilizing space database technology. In addition, space-time datum model of system can store historical information completely and inquire historical information. Main components and their function of logic layer are introduced in detail, realizing of sewless integrating of GIS and OA is explained in this thesis, realization of some figure function of the System is explained also. In this text end , the author summarize the conclusion of this thesis and brings forth the proposition that continue study.
