数控机床可靠性时间模型与维修性指标评估

【摘要】 本文针对国家863 计划课题“数控装备与系统可靠性关键技术开发及应用”而提出的。根据对现有数控装备可靠性理论研究水平和数据是大样本的特点,考虑简洁、高效、准确的原则,采用威布尔概率图法求解数控机床故障间隔时间模型,并通过数值法验证其正确性;采用简单随机抽样法确定抽样方案,得出抽样样本的数目,由实际情况出发,利用游程检验法验证所采集数据的随机性,证明对数据的采集是一个连续的随机过程,同时,通过对故障概率密度函数曲线、失效率函数曲线、维修度函数曲线的分组分析,阐述该类型数控机床故障时间和维修时间分布特点与趋势;最后,总结关于数控机床维修性的一系列定性指标,建立目标层、准则层、指标层的三层结构,利用层次分析法求得各层指标的判断矩阵,利用最后得到的层次总排序判断矩阵可以明确数控机床维修性定性指标的各个重要度数值,合理安排维修计划,安排资金、人力、时间,使得对数控机床维修的决策得到优化。

【Abstract】 1.Purpose Based on the subject of Hi-Tech Research and Development Program of China --The research and development on the key reliability-technology of Computer Numerical Control(CNC) equipment and system , put forward the scientific research of this thesis. On the basis of the NC lathe test examining Through nearly one year , carrying a series of research on the NC machine tool failure interval time model, the NC machine tool sampling plan and the NC machine tool Maintaining stationarity. 2. The NC machine tool failure interval time model The analysis on data is the foundation of setting up mathematics model. In order to meet the needs of calculating the Informationization, my articlet is on the basis of summarizing to the traditional probability paper of weibull,put forward a situation that the sample is more in figure, method that needn’t take the tradition to draw weibull probability paper by hand, then draw weibull probability picture utilizing MATLAB. Straight line of fitting through the failure data, Confirm the Parameter of the model of interval time of the failure directly. Set up weibull ’s two parameters mathematics model. This method is full of the mathematics model theory on numerical control lathe failure time analysis. 3. The NC machine tool sampling plan and grouping analysis Basing on the actual conditions of the the NC lathe uses, meeting with the simple, convenient and practical demand, Select simple random sampling method to arrange sampling plan. Examine random properties of the sample data through visiting distance method. Prove the course is a continuous radom process to sample.at the same time, Explain characteristic and trend that this lathe failure and maintain time is base on the Function curve of failure probability density,the Function curve of Crash rate and Function curve of Maintain degree.
