力竭运动过程中大鼠心血管活性物质与骨骼肌微血管密度变化的研究

【摘要】 1.研究目的 为了解力竭性运动过程中大鼠心血管活性物质与骨骼肌微血管密度的变化规律,探讨骨骼肌运动引起的微血管密度改变的机制及长时间运动力竭发生的心血管因素,而进行实验研究,以期为运动实践和理论研究提供更多的科学依据。 2.研究方法 选取雄性wistar大鼠70只,随机分为A组(安静对照组)、B组(运动1h组)、C组(运动2h组)、D组(运动3h组)、E组(运动力竭组)、F组(力竭恢复2h组)、G组(力竭恢复12h组)7组。所有大鼠经8周跑台训练后,进行末次力竭性运动实验。分别测定大鼠血浆中心钠素(ANP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列环素F(6-K-PGF)的浓度以及骨骼肌微血管密度(CD)。所有数据经SPSS12.0统计软件进行单因素方差分析,显著性水平为P<0.05。 3.实验结果 3.1 各组心钠素的比较发现,运动3h组极显著高于安静对照组(P<0.01),显著高于运动1h组、运动2h组和力竭恢复12h组(P<0.05);力竭恢复2h组显著高于运动力竭组,极显著高于安静对照组、运动1h组和力竭恢复12h组;运动力竭组显著高于安静对照组。 3.2 各组降钙素基因相关肽的比较发现,力竭恢复12h组极显著高于其它6组:运动2h组显著高于安静对照组,极显著高于运动3h组和运动力竭组;力竭恢复2h组极显著高于安静对照组、运动3h组和运动力竭组;运动1h组显著高于运动力竭组。 3.3 各组血栓素B2的比较发现,运动2h组极显著高于安静对照组和力竭恢复12h组;力竭恢复2h组显著高于安静对照组和力竭恢复12h组。 3.4 各组6-酮-前列环素F的比较发现,除运动1h组外,安静对照组显著低于运动力竭组,极显著低于其它4组;运动3h组显著高于运动2h组和

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the change law of cardiovascular active material and skeleton capillary density, discussing the possible mechanism that in long time exercise arouses the change of skeleton capillary density and law of exercise exhausts, so that offer more science basis for sport practice and theoretical research. Method:70 male wistar mice were randomly divided into A group (peace compare group) , B group (1h exercise group) , C group (2h exercise group) , D group (3h exercise group) , E group (exhaustive exercise group) , F group (exhaustive resume 2h group), G group (exhaustive resume 12h group) 7 groups .each mouse were trained on the animal stage ,after 8 weeks ,they were carried out exhaustive exercise. The content of ANP、 CGRP、 AngⅡ 、 NE、 TXB2、 6-K-PGF1α in plasma and CD were measured. All of the data have been processed by SPSS 12.0 statistical software with ANOVA and significant level is P<0.05. Result:3.1 each comparison of ANP is discovered, D is much higher than A, higher than B、 C、 G. G is higher than E, much higher than A、 B、 C and G.
