嵌入式Linux漆包线在线检测系统研究

【摘要】 对漆包线进行检测是漆包线生产过程中的必要环节,而对漆包线进行生产过程中的在线检测是漆包线行业质量控制发展的必然趋势,但目前国内在这方面的研究和应用还十分不足。本文首先论述了漆包线在线检测的重要性,当前国内外对此研究的现状以及发展趋势。在分析了漆包线漆膜连续性缺陷直流高压电场检测原理的基础上,着重论述了检测过程中漆包线在传感器筒型金属导体中不同位置时所需外加检测高压的变化情况,以及大气条件对外加检测高压的影响;针对不同规格的漆包线,阐述了系统对所需高压及泄漏电流的选择方法。同时,论述了漆包线直径的CCD测量及表面粒子微动开关检测法。 根据系统测控的要求,研制了测控系统基于PC机的VC++实现的系统软件,实现了对漆包线的在线检测。在此基础之上,考虑到降低成本等因数,提出了采用嵌入式系统平台来构建漆包线在线测控系统。嵌入式系统在多任务、实时性方面有其固有的优点,同时在结构上又便于与检测装置结合在一起,使用方便。在论述了嵌入式系统的概念及Linux作为嵌入式系统的优势后,针对嵌入式系统在漆包线测控系统中的应用,阐述了系统软硬件平台的构建,嵌入式测控系统应用软件的具体实现。 本文的主要创新点在于:一是在漆包线漆膜连续性缺陷直流高压电场检测法中,分析了对不同规格的漆包线进行检测时,漆包线在传感器中不同位置及大气环境条件对所需检测高压的影响,所设计的系统可以对检测高压及泄漏电流进行选择;二是采用嵌入式Linux平台来构建测控系统,实现漆包线的在线检测。本论文中所论述的漆包线检测方法,基于不同的平台构建的系统测控软件,经过试验,达到了预期的效果。

【Abstract】 It is necessary for enameled wire to check up during production. It is a trend to use the on-line flaw detecting system as a quality control method for enameled wire,but the research and application about this field is barren in our country currently. This paper is devoted to solve this problem. Firstly, this paper introduces the importance of the on-line flaw detecting system for enameled wire, and studies in this field all over the world. Based on analyzing principle of DC high-volt electric field detecting method for enameled wire’s continuous coat, this paper discusses the impact to high-volt while enameled wire in the sensor with differern position, and atmosphere condition’s impact as well. For detecting different specification enameled wire,this paper also discusses the selection of high-volt and leak electric current and well controlling methods. Expect for detecting method for enameled wire continuous coat,it also explains the method of measuring enameled wire’s diameter and detecting particle on enameled wire surface.That is CCD and jiggle switch.According with the request of detecting&controlling system, this paper also discusses system software designing and realizing with VC++ based on PC. After these, considering reducing cost,it brings forward a method based on embedded system to realize detecting.Embedded system has inherent excellence in multi-task and real-time. Further,embedded system hardware is convenient to integrate with enameled wire detection equipment.After explaining the concept of embedded system and the virtue of linux as embedded operating system, this paper discusses the constructing of software and hardware platforms application program’s realizing to fulfill on-line flaw detecting for enameled wire.The analysis of the impact to high-volt of enameled wire in the sensor with differern position and atmosphere condition selection of high-volt and leak electric current for detecting different specification enameled wire are innovations of this paper, Adopting embedded system to realize detection for enameled wire is the other.A sample system is made during the research process and the experiment effect is satisfied.
