【摘要】 随着科学技术的飞速进步和经济的不断发展,市场竞争变得越来越激烈,民营中小企业面临的竞争环境也日益严峻起来。物流作为“企业的第三利润源泉”,在降低成本方面有着巨大的潜力。不断地优化企业物流,提高物流管理水平,对提高民营中小企业的竞争力有着重要的意义。 本文通过对供应链管理环境下的物流管理的研究和分析,结合民营中小企业的物流现状,来探讨民营中小企业在供应链管理环境下进行物流管理优化的策略以及横向一体化物流系统的构建问题。 论文阐述了供应链管理环境下的民营中小企业物流管理的研究背景和研究意义以及物流管理的国内外研究现状,简要介绍了供应链管理和物流管理的概念、基本理论,对供应链管理环境下的物流管理的特点和方法做了比较系统的论述。剖析了我国民营中小企业的物流管理现状及存在的问题,探讨了供应链管理环境下民营中小企业的物流管理面临的主要问题,在此基础上提出了民营中小企业物流管理的优化策略。然后对优化策略的具体实现进行了分析,即探讨了民营中小企业横向一体化物流系统的构建目标和构建基础,并设计了物流自营和物流外包两种物流一体化模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the fierce development of science technology and economy, private small-scale and medium-scale enterprises faced a more competitive environment than before. Logistics had great power in cost reduction as it was called the third headspring of profit, so improving logistics management was important for private small-scale and medium-scale enterprises’ competition.The paper discussed the strategies of optimizing private small-scale and medium-scale enterprises’ logistics management and the problem of establishing integrated logistics through the analysis of private small-scale and medium-scale enterprises’ logistics situation and the study of logistics management under supply chain management.Firstly this paper introduced the background and meaning of study, situation of logistics management home and abroad, the basic theories of supply chain management and logistics management and the relation between them. Secondly, this paper discussed characteristics and methods of logistics management under supply chain management. Then this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of private small-scale and medium-scale enterprises’ logistics management, pointed out the main problems of private small-scale and medium-scale enterprises’ logistics management under supply chain management, and put forward the strategies of optimizing logistics management under supply chain management. Finally this paper discussed the aim and the base of logistics integration under supply chain management, and designed two modes of logistics integration for private small-scale and medium-scale enterprises.更多还原
