模具特许连锁网格化制造系统的物流规划与供货策略分析

【摘要】 特征标志光电检测技术作为光电技术的一个重要部分,广泛应用于印刷包装的彩色印刷套色质量检测与控制、包装膜、密封膜和封条膜的分条纠偏控制、包装封切控制、物品、距离等检测中。对于提高产品质量、保护商品、美化商品、高效低耗等,具有重要的意义。随着科学技术的进步和使用要求的提高,越来越多的特征标志采用高新技术加工制作而成,传统光电检测技术已难以满足检测要求。因此,特征标志光电检测技术的理论研究及应用研究具有一定学科前沿性,同时,也具有重要和广泛的实际应用前景。 本论文在探讨CCD的基本结构、工作原理、信号处理及其在光电传感器中的应用的基础上,对光电检测技术,特别是基于线阵CCD的特征标志光电检测技术进行了较为广泛和深入的理论研究,提出了自动增益、差动对比度提升、浮动阈值、敏感点可调等处理方法,并设计了前置放大滤波电路、数控自动增益放大电路和浮动阈值电路,存设计过程中灵活应用了各种EDA仿真软件进行了方法验证工作。在分析比较现有印刷等特征标志检测方法优缺点,提出了线阵CCD检测差值算法。重点探讨了特征边/线标志检测CCD光电传感器样机的研制,分别提出了用C8051F023高速单片机和FPGA器件两种方案,在比较两种方案优缺点的基础上,选用C8051F023单片机作为核心器件,研制出了具有可与微机通讯、敏感点可调等功能丰富的传感器样机,并通过大量的实验验证了该传感器样机的功能,并根据大量的实验数据绘出其工作波形及其它参数。结果表明,该特征边/线标志检测CCD光电传感器样机达到了国内先进水平,可用于有效地对薄形物料的边或印刷的线条、图案及其相对位置进行高精度识别,应用于轻工、纺织、印染、印刷及食品包装机械等行业中需要对薄形物料进行自动偏移量控制的场合,确保产品质量和提高生产效率,因而具有广泛的市场前景。

【Abstract】 Characteristic symbol testing technology as an important embranchment of photoelectric technology, has been applied widely in print packaging, encapsulation incising and controlling, object and distance’s testing, etc. It has great significance for increasing product’s quality, protecting merchandise, prettifying merchandise and higher efficiency by lower power. Along with technology’s advancement and application requirement’s increasing, traditional photoelectric testing method couldn’t meet the need. Therefore, research on characteristic symbol photoelectric testing technology and its application possess certain subject’s margin and comprehensive market outlook.This thesis focuses on the characteristic symbol testing technology’s research, especially the linear CCD and photoelectric sensing technology’s research. On the base of wide and in-depth theoretic study, simulation and experiment of them, the intelligence detect method of linear CCD is discussed and theoretic research about the application of intelligence detect has done. At the same time, an Automatic Gain Control and floating threshold setting intelligent detecting and processing method based on linear CCD is proposed, and the disposal and transform of CCD video signal carried out by hardware and software. The desgigned circuit includes amplifier-filter circuit, AGC circuit and floating threshold setting circuit mainly. Besides, a new photoelectric sensor used for characteristic symbol testing based on high speed microcomputer C8051F023 has been implemented. Lastly, a good deal of experiment have been done and their data indicates that this sensor has lots of good feature, such as simple circuit, small cubage, good anti-jamming and have two analog output and one digital output. It has possess wider measure range and higher accuracy, can meet the position testing demand for diversiform characteristic symbol, especially for typographical mark. It can meet the increasing request in the industrial displacement control situation. Results verify the effectiveness and utility of the intelligence detect method.
