铸钢柱脚的性能研究

【摘要】 近年来,钢结构房屋在我国得到了很大的发展。而采用方管截面的钢柱由于造型美观、受力合理,在应用方面具有很大的发展潜力。生产规模的逐步增大要求构件尽可能的做到标准化。为了对钢柱脚标准化设计提供资料以及设计建议,本文针对方管截面钢柱柱脚,建立起相应的力学计算模型,首先对受力性能进行理论分析,并在此基础上进一步利用ANSYS有限元程序建立相应的有限元模型进行分析计算,得出在选择不同锚栓和底板厚度时铸钢柱脚的破坏形式,在此基础上对标准化柱脚设计提出了建议性方案,便于工程设计参考。

【Abstract】 With the development of the steel structure, Steel structure building is widely used and the fabrication of steel structure members is increasingly standardized as it can. However, the behavior of standardized column base was not systemically studied domestically. In this study, Firstly, the model of force-deformation was erected theoretically. Then the corresponding FEA model was established. While anchor diameter and base-plate thickness was changed, steel column base have various failure patterns. According to the result, the plan of standardizational column base was proposed for design reference.
