【摘要】 提高学生的生活质量和居住环境,成为培养素质全面的创新型人才的重要保证。但由于社会的发展及高校体制改革等多方面的原因,使学生公寓的声环境存在着一些问题,而且多年来并未引起相关人员的重视。这使得高校学生公寓的声环境研究显得十分迫切和重要,论文正是基于这样的背景,展开了对学生公寓声环境的调查研究。 本文首先阐述了学生公寓绿色声环境的含义,然后以西安地区高校学生公寓为研究对象,对公寓的环境噪声及室内生活噪声进行了现场测试,同时进行了大量的问卷调查,利用现场测试及问卷调查的方法从客观和主观两个方面描述了公寓室内外声环境状况,在此基础上分析了公寓声环境恶化的原因及未来发展趋势,并说明了创造学生公寓绿色声环境的必要性。 最后本文对如何创造学生公寓的绿色声环境提出了相应的对策。对公寓外的声环境,针对不同的噪声源如交通噪声、施工噪声及体育运动场所的噪声,结合高校学生公寓这种特殊的建筑形式,提出了解决的对策。对公寓楼内的生活噪声,则从规划设计、建筑设计、构造设计、装修及管理等层面探讨了创建公寓绿色声环境的基本途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improving living quality and residence environment of students, it greatly ensures that the person with comprehensive quality and innovation is educated. However, because of the development of society and system reform of higher education and other causes, there are some problems in sound environment of university apartment, which the relative people neglected usually in many years. So it appears very urgent and important to study the sound environment of university apartment On the basis of this background, this paper researches the Sound Environment of university apartmentFirstly, this paper defines the Green Sound Environment of university apartments. Secondly, taking the university apartment in xi’an as the object, this paper measures the outdoor environment noise and indoor living noise of apartment with the number of questions investigations. From two aspects of object and subject, the sound environment condition of university apartment is described by the ways of testing and investigation. On the basis, this paper analyzes the degeneration causes and trends of university apartment, and illustrates that it is indispensable to create the Green Sound Environment in university apartment.Lastly, how to create the Green Sound Environment in university apartment, this paper brings up the corresponding measures. In the outdoor Sound Environment of apartment, aiming at the different noise source, e.g. traffic noise, construction noise and sports noise, connecting with the especial architecture style of university apartment, this paper provides the solving measures. In the indoor living noise, this paper discusses die basic ways how to create Green Sound Environment in university apartment from the ways of planning, design, structure, decoration, management and so on.更多还原
