永磁滚筒式磁选机的分析和设计

【摘要】 磁选机是近年来逐渐应用的磁力机械,可广泛用于冶金及其它行业,如选矿、消除杂质等,也可作为回收重介质的专用设备。由于传统筒式磁选机具有经营费用低、运行稳定可靠等适合现场生产的优点,因此在磁选中占据着不可替代的地位。 本文针对利用永磁滚筒式磁选机回收重介质这一具体情况,对磁选机回收磁性矿粒需要的磁力进行分析,以有限元法为基础对磁选机磁场强度和气隙磁导进行了计算求解,建立了永磁滚筒式磁选机磁系结构的静态磁场计算的数学模型,研究了不同磁系结构对磁场特性的影响。 磁路部分是磁选机的主要部分,对磁选机的性能起决定性作用。磁选机采用开放型磁系。本文研究了磁选机磁系的高度、宽度、半径和极数,相邻磁极的磁位差,极距,极面宽和极隙宽的比值,磁极和磁极端面的形状,以及磁极端面到其排列中心的距离对磁场特性的影响,从理论上计算了磁选机磁系的各个参数,分析并且验证了不同磁系排列对磁场产生的不同作用。设计出一种结构先进、构造简单、成本低、工作可靠的永磁滚筒式磁选机。 对磁选机磁路进行了设计和仿真分析,应用工程电磁场计算软件OPERA建立了磁选机磁路部分的数学模型,计算出各种磁系结构下磁选机的磁场情况,可以简便地对磁路进行分析设计。

【Abstract】 Magnetic separator is a magnetic machine, which is widely used in recent years. It can be used in metallurgy and other industries such as mineral separation, eliminate impurity and so on. It also can be used as special equipment for reclaiming heavy-medium. Because traditional cylinder magnetic separator has the advantages of low operation cost, stable operation, fit for locale production, it takes up irreplaceable position in magnetic separators.We analyzed the force of magnetic separator reclaiming magnetism mineral grain in the condition of callback heavy-medium. We calculated magnetic intensity based on electromagnetic vector potential finite-element-method, established mathematics model of magnetic system, and studied effect of different magnetic system configurations.Magnetic circuit is the main portion of magnetic separator. It decides the performance of magnetic separator. Magnetic system is open-ended. The paper studied the impact of magnetic system height, breadth, radius, number of poles, magnetic difference of potential, pole span, ratio of magnetic pole breadth and airspace breadth, shape of magnetic pole, distance of magnetic pole to the magnetic field’s center, calculated parameter of magnetic system, analyzed and certification different action of different magnetic series, designed a kind of permanent magnet cylinder magnetic separator with advanced construction, simple constitution, working reliable .Finally, emulated the magnetic circuit, established mathematics model, calculated magnetic field characteristic with OPERA, so that to analyze the magnetic circuit simply.
