沙盘游戏治疗在早期不安全依恋儿童中的应用研究

【摘要】 本研究从依恋理论出发,通过个案研究的方法,探讨沙盘游戏治疗技术在早期不安全依恋儿童中的应用情况。整个研究分为三个部分: 论文的第一部分首先阐述了依恋理论中的几种依恋类型,进而分析了不安全依恋对儿童认知、人格、情绪和社会性发展的影响。其次,阐述了沙盘游戏治疗的基本要素——沙、沙盘、微型模具和治疗师以及基本理论依据。第三,结合沙盘游戏治疗技术特点从理论上探讨了沙盘游戏治疗不安全依恋儿童的原因。 论文的第二部分介绍了个案进行沙盘游戏治疗的过程,对个案的沙盘游戏过程进行了分析。从个案表现出来的问题出发,结合治疗过程和沙盘游戏治疗的基本原理分析了五个个案的初始沙盘、转化沙盘和治愈沙盘中的线索。 论文的第三部分是根据第二部分中沙盘游戏治疗的过程,进一步从沙盘中表现出来的变化和个案在其实际生活中所表现出来的行为变化,来分析沙盘游戏治疗的效果。最后,总结了本研究得出的三个结论:第一、沙盘游戏治疗技术能够较好地运用到早期不安全依恋儿童中。第二、早期不安全依恋儿童在沙盘游戏治疗过程中会呈现出一些共同的特点:即他们的沙盘大都会依次呈现出三个主题。这三个主题分别是受伤的主题——转化的主题——治愈的主题。第三、我们在对早期不安全依恋儿童进行沙盘游戏治疗的同时,需要关注家庭动力系统和学校系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beginning with attachment theories, the thesis discusses the treatment effect of Sandplay therapy to early children with insecurity attachment through the method of cases study.Part one expatiate several attachment type; then analyzes the profound effect about insecurity attachment for children’s cognition, personality, emotion and sociality development. And then expound the basic elements of Sandplay and essential theory background about Jung’s psychoanalysis theories and Kalff’s conformity theories. Finally analyzes the reasons of choosing the Sandplay therapy in insecurity attachment children through particular excellence and characteristic of Sandplay therapy.Part two introduces the course of Sandplay therapy with five cases and analyzes that. Beginning with the problem of cases, analyzes the clues of five cases about their first Sandplay, transformation one and healing one through the theories and their pictures.Based on the previous analyses, part three analyzes the effects of Sandplay therapy through two aspects: one is changes of Sandplay subject, the other is changes of actions . In the end, summarizes three conclusions from the thesis: Firstly, Sandplay therapy can be preferably applied in the insecurity attachment children. Secondly, there are one common trait which is they present three subjects in turn in Sandplay therapy about insecurity attachment children.
