卧式螺旋卸料离心脱水机快速设计系统的研究开发

【摘要】 面对日益激烈的市场竞争,如何缩短产品的设计周期和提高产品的设计成功率已成为各企业的当务之急。本文对机械产品快速设计技术展开研究,并依据基于实例推理的快速设计思想成功开发了卧式螺旋卸料离心脱水机快速设计系统。 卧式螺旋卸料离心脱水机是当前国家鼓励发展的环保关键设备,用于生活和工业废水沉淀处理过程中产生的污泥脱水。研制开发卧式螺旋卸料离心脱水机的三大技术关键是转速高、控制系统复杂、加工和装配要求高。用传统方法设计这样一台卧螺式离心脱水机,从工艺参数计算,到结构参数确定,直到全套图纸的绘制,需要三个月到半年时间,还不可避免地要在加工和装配时进行参数和结构上的调整修改。 本课题来源于安徽省计委计划项目“卧式螺旋卸料离心脱水机的研制”。为了实现离心脱水机的快速设计,作者根据基于实例推理的理论,建立了离心脱水机三维结构设计模板,在建立模板的过程中采用装配关系约束下的参数化设计。该快速设计系统包括四个主要模块:选型模块,工艺计算模块,参数化设计模块,外购件选择模块,在MDT平台上使用ObjectARX等开发工具开发,使用者可以方便地输入和修改主要设计参数,在很短时间内得到所设计产品的三维设计模型。 本课题是基于实例推理的快速设计技术和MDT二次开发技术一次新的应用和成功实践。

【Abstract】 Confronted with the more and more drastic market - competition, how to shorten the developing period and how to enhance the success ratio of the product design have become a pressing obligation for each enterprise. This paper discussed the technology of the rapid design for mechanical products, and successfully developed "the rapid design system for the centrifuge" based on the theory of CBR (Case-Based Reasoning).Centrifuges are the environmental protection equipment, which are used to deal with all kinds of life and industrial waste water. Development of this kind of product is encouraged by government. The key techniques during centrifuge development are the high rotate-speed, the complicated control system and the strict demands on manufacture and assemble. Traditionally, the designing period of a centrifuge, from calculating on technical parameter to confirming constructional parameter, up to protracting overall drawing, needs at least half a year , and some modification has to make during the manufacture and assemble.The item of this paper sourced from a research project "development of centrifuge" arranged by the Planning Board of Anhui Province. In order to realize the rapid design of the centrifuge, a 3D-model is set up in this paper according to CBR theory, which is a parametric model with assembly-constrains. The design system is composed with four modules: type-choice module, technical parameter calculate module, parametric design module, choice of standard parts module, developed by means of ObjectARX on the platform of MDT. The user of this system can expediently input and amend the design parameters, and obtain a 3D-model of the centrifuge in a short time."The rapid design system for the centrifuge" is a beneficial application and a successful practice of the CBR-based rapid design technology and the re-develop technology on MDT
