融合CBR与RBR道路交通事故处理专家系统原型研究

【摘要】 本文在简要分析我国当前交通事故及其处理状况的基础上,结合相关人工智能技术,提出将融合CBR和RBR的专家系统应用于道路交通事故处理,给出交通事故处理专家系统推理的实现框架。从道路交通事故的基本特征属性出发,通过分析事故处理相关的知识表示和知识获取的要求,设计相应的案例库并通过关系数据库耦合实现。根据交通事故处理的过程来进行系统的整体设计并给出系统的整体实现框架,在设计事故处理子系统的同时还设计了现场草图快速绘制、肇事车速确定两个辅助模块以保证整个系统的完整性。以Borland Delphi6. 0和SQL Server 2000为开发工具,应用面向对象的程序设计方法,开发了本系统的原型,最后通过案例测试验证了系统有效性。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, traffic accident is a big problem all over the world. Two tasks confronted us: one is how to prevent and reduce traffic accidents, the other is how to deal with them correctly and rapidly. In this paper, our aim is the latter.At first we analyzed the activity of road traffic accident diagnosis in our country in brief, and then put forward making use of the technology of artificial intelligence to build an expert system. To realize it, the total frame of integrating case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning expert system for traffic accident disposing is proposed. Beginning with the essential characteristics, by analyzed the demand of case representation and case retrieval in traffic accident expert system, we designed its case bank and realized it by related database.According to the process of traffic accident disposing, the main problems of the system such as a rapid sketch of the accident scene, compute of the related accident vehicles’ speed and the responsibility of the accident are analyzed. Furthermore, this paper put forward the framework of the expert system and the approach to implement the design above. At last the prototype has been realized with the RAD tools(Borland Delphi6.0 and SQL Server2000) and passed the software test.
