【摘要】 产品数据管理已成为近几年来工业领域最具有前景的一项技术, 而国内汽车内饰的自主研发才刚刚起步,结合汽车内饰企业现状开发的基于 PDM 的产品设计信息管理系统,为提高用户管理水平和企业市场竞争能力、提高汽车内饰设计制造系统质量、提供用户潜在的利益具有重要实用价值。 本文通过对国内外产品设计信息管理系统的分析和可能解决方案的比较论证,结合我国汽车内饰设计企业在实际设计过程中的需求,提出了在 Microsoft Windows 2000 Server 操作系统下采用三层客户/服务器和浏览器/服务器相结合的体系结构,由 Visual Basic 6.0 编程软件作为前期基于客户/服务器体系结构系统的前台开发工具,选择 Microsoft SQL Server 2000 作为后台支持的数据库来开发基于 PDM 的汽车内饰产品设计信息管理系统的总体方案;论述了该系统的功能模块构成:设计文件管理模块、项目管理模块、信息发布管理模块、基本信息管理模块、系统维护和管理模块以及系统帮助模块;讨论了系统设计与实现中采用的关键技术;详细介绍了设计文件管理模块、项目管理模块和系统安全与维护模块的设计和实现过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Product Data Management is one of the most promising technologies in the field of industry in recent years, but the self-research of our country auto interior trimming is in start. It can provide potential advantages for the organizations taking use of it and improve the process of management. PDM system completes this by providing the management for the data relating to the products during the lifecycle of them. By analyzing lots of engineering drawing management systems and all available solutions, a scheme of Engineering A Products Design Information Management System is determined which based on the review of the development of PDM technology. That was Microsoft 2000 Server as operation system, three-layer Client/Server architecture, Visual Basic 6.0 program software a development tool in the forth, SQL Server 2000 as support database. The paper discussed the structure of function parts: respectively for designing files managing part, Projects managing part, Information issue managing part, Essential information managing part, Safety and Maintain part and help part. The key techniques of the design and realization of the system are also discussed in this paper.
