服装信息化平台(ASP)及数据挖掘的应用研究

【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化进程的不断加快和信息技术的飞速发展,每个企业都面临着一个全球化的市场,参与着全球市场的竞争,而信息化也正在以不可阻挡之势推动着企业传统经营管理模式的变革。 目前国内大多数服装企业普遍存在比较严重的库存问题,影响到企业的实际收益,制约了企业进一步发展。导致库存产生的原因有多方面,最为主要的是由于信息数据的非及时性和非共享性,导致企业无法及时全面了解市场情况,造成企业在决策上的迟缓、不确定以及供应链上的“长鞭效应”。 快速反应系统是企业解决库存问题的一种有效方案。通过应用网络信息技术,企业在供应链上及时收集并传递各环节的销售、库存和需求信息,有助于降低决策的不确定性,避免“长鞭效应”的产生;再结合高效的物流配送系统和科学的管理体制,企业即可实现对市场的快速反应,增强应对需求波动的能力。高效的信息管理系统和决策体系是企业实现QR (Quick Response,快速反应)的关键所在。从现状来看,我国大多数服装企业的信息化管理刚刚入门,信息数据的挖掘利用能力较差。因此,建立快速反应系统首要任务是提高企业信息化水平和信息数据的驾驭能力。 ASP (Application Service Provider,应用服务提供商)平台以软件应用租赁服务为核心,充分利用互联网技术,实现资源的共享以及管理的集中,能有效降低信息化成本。企业只需支付较低费用,通过Internet即可直接使用所需软件,实现信息化管理。但仅有信息化管理还不足以支持快速反应系统的建立。企业高速顺畅的运转还有赖于科学高效的决策。数据挖掘(Data Mining)利用数理统计方法对信息数据加以分析,力求发现隐藏在数据背后有用的知识或规则,以支持企业决策。 ASP模式出现的时间较短,我国服装企业应用ASP平台亦刚刚起步,这当中必然存在诸多不完善的地方。因此,对服装企业应用ASP平台进行分析和探讨成为必要。本文正是基于这样一个现实基础,结合上海服装行业协会信息委项目——“上海服装行业信息平台(ASP)”建设,阐述ASP在国内外发展、分析我国服装企业应用ASP平台建设信息化的解决方案,并对销售数据进行挖掘分析,提出数据挖掘模型,力图为增强我国服装企业信息化管理能力提供有价值参考。

【Abstract】 With the continuous progress of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, each enterprise is facing the global market and participating in the global market competition. The informationization is definitely enhancing the enterprises’ evolution of traditional management mode.Most of the domestic apparel enterprises are troubled with the unwieldy inventory, which has limited their further development. The inventory problem is resulted from many aspects, and the tardy arrival and unshared information are the most important ones, which are leading apparel enterprises to be unable to fully know the market, and so here come the tardy and uncertain decisions and bullwhip effect on supply chain.The quick response system is one of the effective schemes solving the inveftory problem. By using network information technology, enterprises can collect and transmit sale, stock, demand information in time, reducing the uncertainty of enterprise’s decision greatly and avoiding the bullwhip effect. Internet also helps enterprises link with all supply channels. In addition, with the help of high-efficient logistics and delivers system and scientific management system, enterprises can realize the quick response to the market and strengthen the ability of dealing with the fluctuation of demand. High-efficient information management system and decision-making system are the key point of realizing QR (Quick Response). For the low degree of information management and the weak usage of data mining in domestic apparel enterprises at present, the primary task of establishment of quick response system is to enhance apparel enterprise’s information-managed level and improve the ability of making use of data mining.ASP (Application Service Provider) is centered on application service of software for the purpose of sharing resources and lowering social costs. Enterprises can directly use various software systems through internet after the rent payment at a lower price, establishing its own informationization. But enterprises’ informationization is not enough for theQRS-Building (Quick Response System); it also requires a high-efficiency decision-making. Data Mining is also called Knowledge Discovery in Database, meaning that it analyses the information data through mathematics and statistical method, which is to find useful knowledge or rule hidden behind, supporting the decision-making. At present, the domestic application of ASP in apparel industry is still in its beginning stages and it isn’t perfect at all. Therefore, it is necessary to study on application of apparel ASP platform and to probe into its development direction. Based on such reality, this thesis is connected with the scientific research work of Shanghai Association of Apparel information committee Project "Establishment of Apparel Informationization Platform (ASP) of Shanghai". In this thesis, the development of ASP both at home and abroad is introduced, the solution of establishment of Apparel ASP Platform and Data Mining in sales data is analyzed, and the plan of the application of ASP Platform in domestic apparel industry is put forward. This thesis strives to be of value of reference to the improvement both in information management and decision-making in domestic apparel industry.
