拱坝可视化CAD的关键技术研究与系统开发

【摘要】 鉴于拱坝设计计算和施工技术的复杂性,计算机辅助设计在拱坝设计中的应用越来越广泛,要求也越来越高。具有友好的交互式用户界面、高效的数据管理能力、高度的软件集成和非线性仿真分析功能是目前拱坝设计分析软件开发中的重要研究课题。本文综述了目前拱坝CAD的研究现状,研制了拱坝可视化CAD系统,并集成了三维有限元智能建模模块,实现了与ANSYS的数据接口,并结合实际工程对构皮滩拱坝进行了三维有限元仿真分析。 1.基于可视化和参数化的思想,按照拱坝设计规范的要求,研究面向对象编程技术、可视界面设计技术和图形处理技术,结合实际需要设计和开发了拱坝可视化CAD系统。 2.研究了AutoCAD的二次开发工具Visual Basic for Application,开发了拱坝设计图绘制模块,一定程度上实现了拱坝设计图的自动绘制。 3.研究了ANSYS二次开发技术和AutoCAD与ANSYS的接口技术,根据拱坝建模特点,提出了新的建模思想和设计方法,运用VBA在AutoCAD中开发了三维有限元智能建模模块,实现了AutoCAD和ANSYS的结合。 4.探讨了拱坝CAD系统的集成框架技术以及可扩充性技术,为拱坝可视化CAD系统尚未开发完全的功能模块和今后可能的扩充的功能模块预留了开放性的接口。 5.研究了拱坝的结构非线性仿真分析的理论和方法,以及在ANSYS中实现拱坝仿真分析的技术。 6.应用本文开发的拱坝可视化CAD系统中的有限元建模程序进行构皮滩拱坝有限元智能建模,并对构皮滩拱坝进行了考虑横缝影响的拱坝非线性有限元仿真分析,得到了一组有实际参考价值的研究成果。

【Abstract】 Because of the complication in the design, calculation and construction of arch dams, Computer Aided Design (CAD) on arch dams is used much more widely and the demand to it is higher and higher. It is an important research subject in the development of the soft wares for arch dam design and analysis that it includes friendly interactive user-interface, efficient data-manage, high integration and nonlinear simulation analysis. In this paper, the actuality of Computer Aided Design of arch dams is summarized, the visual CAD of arch dams (ADVCAD) is developed which is integrated with 3D finite element intelligent modeling module, the data interface with ANSYS is realized, and GouPiTan arch dam is analyzed by means of 3D FEM simulation methods.1. Based on the theory of visualization and parameterization theory and the design criterion of arch dam, the Object Oriented Programming (OOP), visual interface design and graphics-processing technique is analyzed. The visual CAD system of arch dams is developed.2. The drawing module is developed that based on secondary development tool of AutoCAD—Visual Basic for Application, and realized the automatization of arch dam design drawing.3. The secondary development technique of ANSYS and the interface technique between AutoCAD and ANSYS are analyzed. Based on the characteristic in the modeling of arch dam, a new modeling idea and design method is raised, which developed a 3D finite element intelligent modeling module by using VBA in AutoCAD and combined AutoCAD with ANSYS.4. The integration frame and expansibility of ADVCAD is studied. Open interface is set for the undeveloped and possible extended module of ADVCAD.5. The theory of Structural non-linear simulation of arch dam is studied, and the actualization of it on ANSYS is studied.6. The finite element model of GouPiTan arch dam is established by using 3D finite element intelligent modeling module of ADVCAD. And the dam is analyzed by nonlinear finite element simulation methods, which considers transverse seam. A good achievement is received.
