【摘要】 我国环渤海地区的缺水问题由来已久。严重制约了我们的经济发展和人民生活水平的提高。在该地区开发新的淡水资源已经刻不容缓。本论文的内容属于科技部国家高技术研究预选项目“渤海海冰作为淡水资源的可行性研究报告”的一部分。通过对多年来渤海冰情的统计分析,介绍了估算海冰资源量气候统计方法,在一定程度上弥补了普遍应用的利用卫星遥感估算海冰资源量的方法的不足。介绍了渤海海冰在自然条件下的生消过程,以及在不同阶段的随海流和海风的运动特点,介绍了在海冰采集系统中进行海冰淡化的基本原理和在岸边或海洋平台采集海冰的工作步骤,提出了利用船载机械直接采集海冰的设想,并对采冰船进行了初步的总体设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of short water around Bohai area is a puzzle for a long time in China. It serious restricts development of national economy and improvement of demotic living standard. Exploiting sea ice and increasing reserves of fresh water to figure out water resources and continual application in the area is great signification. The problems of basic theory to study on resources application with desalt seawater to fresh water include estimating reserves of sea ice,feasibility from sea ice to fresh water and effect on entironment after using sea ice,etc. The research includes estimating area and thickness of sea ice using remote sensing, exact estimating its natural reserves, simulation and field experiment to study its regeneration, analysis on its regeneration cycle, setting up its time series of natural reserves, calcuating its time guaranteed rate for natural reserves and estimating its potential reserves. Put forward the tentative plan of collecting sea ice in Bohai Sea by machines onboard and the introduction design of sea ice collector.更多还原
