【摘要】 供应链管理包含了企业上游的供应市场、企业本身以及下游销售市场的管理,涉及到大量的环节和信息资源,只有拥有先进的信息技术和信息处理方法才能及时准确地对这些信息进行采集、传输、加工、存储和运用。因此,供应链管理作为一种先进的管理思想和方法,其实现必须建立在一定信息技术支持体系之上,所以本文提出基于信息技术(IT)的供应链管理。 文中首先介绍了国内外供应链管理研究和实施现状,接着详细地阐述了供应链管理的相关理论以及在供应链管理中所涉及的信息技术;在此基础上,本文给出了基于信息技术的供应链管理解决方案;最后作者以自身负责的一个甲方委托项目为例,详细地介绍了供应链管理系统在电力建设工程甲供物资代理中的构建及应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supply Chain Management (SCM) refers to the management of suppliers, enterprise itself and customers. It will involve lots of taches and information resources, only by the advanced information technology and method of information processing, can the information be gathered, transmitted, processed, stored and utilized justly and correctly. Therefore as a advanced method of management, SCM must be based on a certain information supporting structure, So this thesis brings forward the SCM based on information technology. In this thesis, the author presents firstly the status quo of the research and implementation of SCM domestic and overseas, then expatiates the relative theory and information technology of SCM; next the author puts forward a solution to SCM based on IT; at last, the construct and application of SCM in the Agency of Owner Supplying Logistics in Electric Power Construction Engineering is presented by an example which is a project that the author is responsible for.更多还原
