论EAM在电力行业中的应用

【摘要】 我国电力行业经过了五十多年的建设和发展，取得了巨大的成就。但是多年处于行政垄断的市场之中，整个行业普遍存在经济效率低下，资产质量不高、市场观念淡薄等问题。随着电力行业改革的不断深入和市场经济的日益完善，电力企业将面临着越来越严峻的挑战。这些企业脱胎于原有的垄断市场，为了适应交易格局变化后的市场竞争，越来越多地采用先进的管理软件来提神自身的管理水平和经营效率，其中EAM作为企业资产管理系统，得到了日益广泛的应用和认可。本文共分五章，以EAM在电力行业中的应用为主线。第一章通过对电力行业的特点分析和我国电力企业所面临的市场环境分析，指出电力企业作为典型的资产密集型企业，提升竞争力的关键问题，即有效的资产管理。第二章对EAM功能特点和在电力行业中应用效果进行了描述，揭示出EAM适用于电力行业的主要原因。第三章和第四章是本文的重点部分，通过对江苏利港电力公司应用EAM的案例分析，以实证的方式论证了电力行业应用EAM是有效提升企业竞争力的有效途径，并且剖析了EAM在电力企业应用中存在的问题以及相应的对策。第五章得出结论，EAM是电力企业适用的核心资产管理软件。本文对EAM在电力企业中应用的原因、效果及可能存在的问题进行了全面深入地分析，对于帮助电力企业更科学的选择运用行业系统管理软件，加速电力企业的发展具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The power industry in our country has gotten a significant success through fifty years of construction and development. In the market of administrative monopoly, there are still the questions of low economic efficiency, poor capital quality and weak market intention. Those power enterprises will face more and more serious challenges with the deepening of power industry reform and perfecting of market economy. Originated from old monopoly market, those enterprises take more and more advanced management software to improve their own managing level and operating efficient in order to suit market competition after the business situation changes, the EAM as the management system of enterprise’s assets has gotten extensive and application and reorganization.By taking the application of EAM in power industry as the main clue and analysis of power industry characters and its market environment, the first chapter of this dissertation indicates the key problem of improving competitive ability for power enterprises which are characterized as the typical capital intensive economy, i.e., efficient assets management. In the Second it discloses the main reasons why EAM fits power industry through the dictation of EAM functions and application effects in power industry. The third and forth chapter is the main part . Upon the case analysis of EAM application in Jiangsu Ligang Power Company, it is proved that EAM application of power industry is an effective route to promote enterprises’ competition. And finally this paper gives the existing problems in this application and corresponding countermeasures.This paper has a complete and deep analysis of the reasons, effects and possible problems of EAM in power industry and it could have the important and realistic signification for power enterprises to scientifically choose and apply industry system management software and accelerate their development.更多还原
