大规模锻钢曲轴热处理温度测控系统的研制

【摘要】 调质处理作为锻造钢质曲轴制造工艺流程中的前期工序,其热处理质量的好坏对曲轴的综合机械性能和后序加工起着关键的决定作用。温度作为热处理工艺中的重要参数,其控制的准确与否直接关系到曲轴的热处理性能和生产成本,因此,对曲轴热处理温度控制的研究具有重要的意义。 本论文根据现有的热处理温度控制装置,分析了锻钢曲轴热处理温度控制的功能需求,提出了基于RS485总线的上、下位机结构体系的测控系统解决方案,并完成了控制系统的硬件、软件设计与调试工作。研究工作主要包括: 以模块化设计的思想构建出以先进微处理器MSP430F169为主控制器的曲轴热处理温度测控系统的硬件平台,包括数据采集单元、输入输出、与上位机通信等外围模块。 针对热处理温度参数大滞后和时变的特性,采用PID自整定控制算法,并运用模糊数学理论对其进行了自调整;以模块化设计的思想按照控制算法编写了下位机主控制程序、中断服务程序以及下位机和上位机的通信程序。 针对工业现场的强干扰性,从硬件和软件两个方面给出系统的可靠性设计方案。 通过理论分析和实验表明,所研制的大规模锻钢曲轴热处理温度测控系统有效地提高了控制系统的实时性和控制精度,大大改善了曲轴热处理生产线的自动化程度,具有较高的实用价值。

【Abstract】 The heat treatment as the ealier procedure in the manufacturing crafts process of forging steel crankshaft, the quality of which play a key decision role in mechanical performance and latter processing on crankshaftTemperature as the important parameter in the heat treatment crafts, whether which is controlled accurately or not concerns the heat treatment performance of the crankshaft and production cost directly .so, It is important for research of heat treatment temperature control of the crankshaft.According to existing heat treatment temperature control device, this paper analyses heat treatment function demand of temperature control on forging steel crankshaft, proposes a system solution based on the front & back control panel structure with RS485 bus , and has finished the hardware design and software design of the control system ,which have been debugged both. Research work includes mainly:The hardware platform with advanced microprocessor MSP430F169 as master controller for heat treatment temperature control for crankshaft is designed based on module thought, including data acquiring unit, in-out put and communication with front panel etc peripheral module.Aiming at heavy lag and variable characteristic on temperature parameter in heat treatment, the paper adopts PID arithmetic and use fuzzy mathematics to regulate itself. Master control program .interrupt service program and communication program between front & back control panel are written according to the controlling algorithm with the module thought designed.Aiming at strong interference of the industrial scene, the designed project of dependability is provided from two respects of the hardware and software.Theory analysis and experiment both demonstrate that designed system enhances real-time character of control system and control precision effectively, improves the automatic degree of the heat treatment production line of the crankshaft greatly and have higher practical value.
