胶印机气动离合压机构仿真及其控制系统研究

【摘要】 气动离合压机构是表征印刷机先进性的重要标志之一。本课题以三点悬浮式离合压机构为研究对象,对离合压机构进行运动学分析、仿真和气动系统和控制系统的设计,以满足生产实际的要求。本课题的具体内容和创新归纳如下:1采用复数矢量法计算合压过程中橡皮滚筒的运动规律,实现离合压过程的运动仿真,结果表明在合压瞬间滚筒之间为柔性冲击,符合离合压机构的设计要求。2采用有限单元法对离合压机构中的同步扭力杆进行刚度校核,保证同步扭力杆具有足够的扭转刚度,以满足在合压过程中橡皮滚筒两端机构的运动同步。3建立三点悬浮式橡皮滚筒的有限元模型,用Block Lanczos方法计算滚筒的固有频率、最大振幅和振型等参数,以确保印刷机的在高速运转时平稳工作。4进行离合压机构气动系统设计,计算设计参数,确定系统元件,绘制气路系统图。5采用PLC进行气动离合压控制系统设计,用TRiLOGI PLC仿真软件和PLC实验板实现离合压控制程序的运行。本课题设计一种新型的气压传动离合压机构和控制系统,替代原有的凸轮一连杆式机械传动离合压机构。这对于提高国产印刷机的设计水平和产品档次,缩短与国外先进印刷机的差距有着重要的意义。

【Abstract】 The automatic control system of pneumatic impression is considered one of the most important symbols of modern printing machine. This article studied on impression system of sheet-fed press, carried out kinematics analysis and simulation, designed pneumatic and control system with the purpose to meet utility requirements for modern press machine. The main contents and innovations are as follows:1. Analyzed kinematics disciplinary between blanket cylinder and pneumatic cylinder with plural vector method. Realized kinematics simulation of the pneumatic impression mechanism, ensured flexible impacting between cylinders on the time of impression.2. Build finite element mathematics model between torsion angular and torsion moment of synchronous torsion pole, make sure the pole has sufficient torsion stiffness to accomplish parallel movement on both sides of the blanket cylinder.3. Build finite element model of the float blanket cylinder structure and calculated the lower 4 inherent frequency of the structure with Block Lanczos method to ensure the cylinder work smoothly at high speed.4. Designed the pneumatic system, calculated the design parameters and ascertained the type of pneumatic components, draw pneumatic system chart.5. Adopted PLC as the controller of the system, realized the program running by TRiLOGI PLC simulation software and PLC experiment board.Pass research of this article, presented a new type of impression mechanism toreplace the former cam-bar one. This work can improve design level of homemade press machine, reduce the gap between top grade ones.
