【摘要】 文章针对杭州居住小区中普遍存在的“停车难”问题，反思了产生这一问题的原因和我国小区交通的整体状况。接着在调查的基础上合理预测了未来杭州小区的停车状况，并为此状况设想了相应的解决办法。这是论文的第二章。第三章用假设标准化模型的方式详细论证了小区土地可以容纳的停车数量，在此基础上推算了不同开发强度和不同户型面积下小区可能的停车率。第四章分析这种停车数量对于小区环境的影响，在正反推理中探讨如何合理解决小区中日益增大的停车数量问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Paper aim at the packing space’ s lack exist all over Hangzhou’ s residence area, reason how the problem come into being and how the whole traffic status is. Forcasting the status of parking in Hangzhou’ s residence area in the future through investigation ,and conceive corresponging resolvent for this status. This is the second chapter. The Paper’ s third chapter particular reasoning how much the residence area can contain the amount of the parking throughSetting up standardization model, and this solution provided the foundation for calculating theRatio of the amount of parking to the account at different Floor Area Ratio and different acreage.The fouth chapter analyse the amount of parking how much affect circumstance of the residence area,settle gradually increasedly the amount of parking in the residence area through positive and negative consequence.更多还原
