【摘要】 高新技术产业在中国发展了近20年,为城市空间的发展带来了巨大的变化,作为中国高技术产业城市空间的另一种类型,信息产业专门化街区也随着中国信息产业的发展,由“电子一条街”向着更高层次、更大规模的方向发展。为了适应这一发展的要求,目前,国内学者对高技术园区的规划问题进行了较多的研究,而对较为微观层次的信息产业专门化街区规划的研究还比较缺乏,本文则通过实际案例的剖析,在这方面进行探讨。本文从产业发展环节入手,讨论街区发展与产业发展的关系。通过分析了信息产业专门化街区形成因素和发展规律,从产业功能入手,深入分析信息产业专门化街区的构成,构成包括物质构成和非物质构成两方面,指出构成的“两极化”发展特点。在通过关联度分析的方法,研究各构成要素的空间邻近度的需求,提出了信息产业专门化街区的结构模式,指出高科技商务中心、电子市场、商务写字楼结合服务建筑发展的组团是信息产业专门化街区的核心构成组团。根据结构模式的发展要求,分析信息产业专门化街区的土地利用存在的问题,提出适合信息产业专门化街区的结构模式的土地划分方法和划分趋势,并且初步探讨了信息产业专门化街区的发展趋势。本论文系统地研究了中关村和珠江路信息产业专门化街区的实际发展案例,通过对产业和社会发展历史、城市空间演化与规划要素分析、城市景观的演化以及交通情况分析,明确了中关村从“电子一条街”到“电子街区”发展的三阶段,并比较珠江路的发展情况,为珠江路今后的发展规划提供理论和现实依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new information technologies play an important role in reshaping urban forms and structures in almost 20 years in China. With the development of Information Industry in China, the formal " Electronics Street” is in the process of becoming the specialized area of Information Industry (SAII). As a special type of the Science Park, the scale of SAII has become broader. There are many studies on the planning of Science Park, but less are on the topic of planning the SAII.Based upon the theory of information industry and the emergence of SAII, the regularity in spatial structure of SAII has been discussed. In studying the construction of SAII, the research, however, requires an approach that combines the characters of physical elements of SAII and also the phenomenon of polarization in non-physical factors. Through the analysis of the adjacent degree of physical elements of SAII, the thesis puts forward the model. It also establishes the relationship among the high-tech business-center, electronic-product market, office building and service buildings, and then figures out that those elements made up a basic unit of SAII. Furthermore it pursues a more reasonable landuse in SAII according to the current road-landuse mode.At the end of the thesis, there is a comparison of Zhongguancun and Zhujianglu. It made a systematic study on the topics of the process of society and industry, the evolution of urban space, the elements in planning SAII, the evolution of landscape and the transportation. It also points out that there are three phases in Zhongguancun SAII, according to its evolution process from “electronic street” to “cyber district”. Then in conclusion, Zhujianglu has its ground for developing the SAII theoretically and practically.更多还原
