配电网线损实时监测与分析系统

【摘要】 本文首先对配电网理论线损分析计算的方法进行分析和总结;提出了利用SCADA及配电自动化系统中的有功电量、无功电量、有功功率、无功功率、电压、电流和功率因数等实时数据进行配电网线损在线监测的方法;设计开发了多线程的遵循TCP/IP协议的报文请求发送接收程序,用于集中接收来自其他系统发送的实时数据,以确保与其他系统和企业数据管理系统进行无缝互联和有效集成,在没有硬件投入的条件下实现了配电网线损的在线监测与分析。利用Delphi开发了可视化的配电网线损实时分析计算软件,该软件可以绘制配电网单线图,并通过图形输入元件的参数,完成线损的分析和计算,分析影响线损率的因素实现配电网线损的实时监测与分析。利用开发的程序对西安地区400多条10kV线路进行分析计算,结果表明文中提出的方法可行,软件的应用简单方便,为西安供电局配电网线损工作的开展提供了积极的支持。

【Abstract】 The methods to calculate the theory line loss of the distribution network is analyzed and summarized at first. The method to conduct monitoring and analysis real-time distribution network line loss is presented, which utilizing existent data of the systems for SCADA, DMS, etc. of all power supply bureaus, such real-time data as inactive power, voltage , electric current and power factor ,etc. The procedure which requests and sends packets with many threads followed TCP/IP is developed, and is used for concentrating on receiving the real-time data that other systems send, the seamless interconnection and effective integration of the systems for SCADA, DMS, etc. and management information system(MIS) of the enterprises are implemented. The real-time line loss of the distribution network monitoring and analysis is implemented and there is no other hardware to put into. Utilize Delphi to develop visual mixing the electric wire and decreasing and analyzing the software of calculating in real time, this software can not merely draw the form line chart of the distribution network, and input the parameter of the component through the figure, finish the analysis and calculation of the line loss. Utilize the procedure that develops to analyze line loss of more than 400 10kV circuits in Xi’an, and the result indicates the method presented in the paper is feasible, the application of the software is simple and convenient. It has offered positive support for development of the distribution network line loss work of Xi’an Power Supply Bureau.
