回火感应炉微机测控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 本论文通过对并联谐振式回火感应加热炉微机测控系统的设计,系统分析和研究了在工厂热处理生产环境条件(对可靠性及稳定性要求高、电网电压畸变,坯料物理状态不一致,环境温度的变化、防尘、防潮、防腐蚀、抗干扰)下,影响微机测控系统运行可靠性、稳定性的各种因素。对传感器、可编程控制器(PLC)、工控机(IPC)等硬件进行了可靠的设计选型,并着重对微机测控系统的模型从理论上和实践上进行可靠性的论证和设计。本文还设计出了适应不同层次操作人员操作的友好界面,采用了高性能、高可靠性的软件完成设计任务。 系统设计完全满足了河南平顶山东联机械制造公司生产流水线工程项目对该系统的要求,系统运行稳定可靠,各项性能指标基本达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 The article through the designing of computer automatic control systems of parallel-resonance induction reheating-furnaces system. It analyzes the various factors which influence the reliability of the system, under heat-treated environment (eg. high stability and reliability, aberration of electric-net’s electric-voltage, difference of ingot’ physical state, varies with the environmental temperature dustproof. damp proof, corrosion protection. anti-interference) transducer, PLC, IPC; It have been designed reliably. It proves the controlling system model from both the theory and practice. It designs friendly-operational interface for different operators, using the reliable software to finish the designing.It completely satisfies the request of Pingdingshan of Henan province Donglian Mechanical Manufacture Company the project on productive assembly line. The system can be operated reliably, and the properties have arrived to the request.
