电子水准仪综合检定方法的研究

【摘要】 自1990年世界上第一台电子水准仪诞生以来,由于其精度高、测量速度快、操作简单等优点,得到了迅速发展和广泛的应用,开创了水准测量自动化的新时代。与传统的光学水准仪相比,电子水准仪测量原理新颖,测量误差来源也有所不同,而且不同厂家的仪器采用了不同的读数原理和标尺编码结构。如何客观准确地评价其性能,制定合适的电子水准仪检定规程,是我国计量部门急待研究的问题。 本文研究的主要内容是电子水准仪综合检定方法.首先介绍了目前常用的各种电子水准仪的原理及它们各自的特点;分析了电子水准仪测量中的误差来源和分布规律及影响程度;提出了对电子水准仪及其配套编码标尺进行分项检定和系统精度检定相结合的观点,设计了一套基于双频激光干涉仪的系统精度检定方案,并通过大量的试验数据分析,证明课题提出的方法是可行的、客观的和合理的。

【Abstract】 Since the introduction of the first electronics level by Leica in 1990, this type of equipment has rapidly gained acceptance with its advantage of high surveying speed, high-precision and operation in brief, inaugurate the age of automation levels and the integrative work of indoor and field. Contrary to the traditional optical level, new surveying principle, different error sources and introduced different models of electronics levels to the surveying market with different measurement principle and code staff. How to evaluate the function of the electronics level objectively, establish the homologous operation norm and calibration rules, is a problem that nation metrological department need to resolve.The thesis main contents is a concerning electronics level to synthesize some problems. Firstly it sets out from the last five greatest factories in current market in research house of the electronics level surveying principle, analyzes the error sources and influence with electronics level and its coding surveyor’s rod, puts forward the method of proceeding item calibration and calibration with system accuracy of instrument that combine together, present a measurement procedure for system calibration of digital levels with double-frequency laser interferometer. The reliable results of test according to the procedure are provided. According to the testing, we can make sure that the results using the experiment is dependable, the method of examining the system accuracy is viable.
