基于Web GIS的作物布局群决策支持系统的实现途径研究

【摘要】 本研究以作物布局为研究对象,以优化利用农业资源,获取最大经济效益为主要目的,着重运用数学建糢技术和计算机技术来研究群决策支持系统的建立。决策支持系统的网络技术、3S技术、群决策技术与Web GIS技术相结合,突破了原始农业生产决策的意义,其中农业GIS更是以其强大的空间数据分析、多要素分析、预测预报功能和决策结果可视化表达,在现代Internet技术配合下,为群决策真正的在农业生产发展中得到应用奠定基础。 1、本系统以农学、农业生态学、系统工程理论和方法、计量经济学、运筹学等学科多学科为基础,以Internet技术、信息技术为手段为主,实践应用为辅,在分析农业生产设计、管理研究的过程及其决策支持系统的决策机理的基础上,并结合软件工程相关方法原理进行系统开发。 2、对数据进行收集、整理分析,找出社会、经济、自然系统各要素间的联系,建立的数据库,确定农业生产决策方法系和决策规范内容,以此作为决策支持系统研究开发的基础。对系统分析、预测、优化设计有关模型进行初步筛选,用ASP(Active Server Page)、VB、C++、Maplnfo、MapBasic等开发软件进行系统设计。 3、系统将产生的每一个方案转化为决策指标集存放在DATA SERVER端。支持系统(或利用MapInfo软件)把决策的区域数字化(根据精度要求,可简单使用扫描的地图的屏幕矢量化),在浏览器自动下载MapInfo成图,利用MapBasic集成在Vb、Vc开发的OCX(控件)完成指标专题图的重建,以OOP(面向对象的程序)技术实现地图和指标数据的分离,要比MapInfo公司的MapExtrem简单得多,研究表明速度也快得多,从而形成Web GIS。支持系统将地图数字化备用。本研究将复杂的Web GIS技术以简单友好的用户界面完成决策方案专题图,为辅助决策者和农业生产者科学对方案的评价和确定,从而构成决策的操作平台。 4、决策的实现在Server完成,在浏览器端辅助决策参与者完成操作。

【Abstract】 The research works on crop composition and distribution. Its chief goal is to optimize the agricultural resource and gain the maximum economic effectiveness. It emphasizes on applying mathematics modeling technology and computer technology to research the establishment of group decision support system. The group decision support system combines Internet technology, 3S technology, group decision technology and also Web GIS technology. The main advantage of this system is that it can break through the traditional meaning of primitive agricultural product decision. The Web GIS has prominent features: powerful space data-analyzing technology, excessive essential factor analyzing, calculating the function of forecasting and also making the result of the decision visible. Based on so many advantages and also cooperates with the Internet technology, the Web GIS lays a foundation of making group decision into practical use.1: This program is based on many subjects such as agriculture, agrobiology, theory and method on systems engineering, metrology, operational research and so on. It relies mainly on Internet technology and information technology while practicing subsidiary. Based on analyzing agricultural product design, managing the procession of research and the mechanism of the group decision support system, this system which also combines methods and principles on computer software project carries out system development2: It collects data and then arranges and analyzes the data in order to find the relationship among society, economy and natural system. Afterwards it sets up data base and fixes agricultural production decision-marking system and decision-making criterion contento They’re the foundation of decision support system. It carries out primary selection on systems analysis, forecastion and optimizing the design of related mould. It uses ASP (Active Serve Page) ,VB, VC, MapInfo, MapBasic and some other software to do system design.3: The support system changes every program into decision quota collection and puts the collection in the Data Serve. The support system (or use Maplnfo computer software) makes the district of decision numeralized.(according to the request of precision, it can simply uses the scanning map). It downloads Maplnfo picture automatically from the browser and makes use of OCX which is empoldered by Vb, Vc to finish the reforming of target specialized picture. Using OOP technology to achieve the separation of map and target data is much more easier and quicker than using Map Extrem made by Maplnfo company. This is the whole course of forming Web GIS.Then support system will make the map numerical for future use. This research makes the complicated Web GIS technology easier. Users can make use of User Interface to finish decision-making target project specialized picture. It can also helps policy-makers and agriculture producers to appraise and fix program scientifically so as to form the operating platform of making policy.4: The achievement of the policy is gained at the Server. It assists the policy-makers to finish the operation at the end of the browser.
