带缝钢板剪力墙稳定性分析

【摘要】 由于钢材轻质、高强,具有良好的延性和抗冲击荷载的能力,钢结构成为高层和超高层建筑结构的主要结构形式之一。高层钢结构与单层或多层结构不同,突出表现在:侧向荷载起控制作用,重力荷载退居为第二位。抗侧力体系成为结构的重要组成部分,在一定程度上影响着结构的用钢量。因此研究各种抗侧力构件已经成为钢结构研究中的一个重要课题。带缝钢板剪力墙作为一种新型的抗侧力构件,有着良好的综合效益,在世界范围内对带缝钢板剪力墙研究较多的是日本九州大学以及西日本技术开发股份有限公司。但是公开在学术期刊上发表的论文确很少见到。国内对带缝钢板剪力墙的研究还处于初步阶段,本文在国内外对带缝钢板剪力墙研究的基础上,对带缝钢板剪力墙的稳定性进行比较深入的探讨,在理论分析的基础上,利用有限元计算软件—ANSYS作了大量的数值分析,总结了影响带缝钢板剪力墙的几个重要因素,以及各种因素对带缝钢板剪力墙稳定性的基本规律,并在此基础上给出了正常设计范围内的带缝钢板剪力墙的弹性屈曲荷载公式,然后又对带缝钢板的弹塑性稳定性作了进一步的分析,考虑了初始几何缺陷,残余应力对带缝钢板剪力墙的稳定性的影响。具体工作有以下几方面: 1,带缝钢板剪力墙力学性能,介绍了带缝钢板剪力墙的抗剪承载力、抗侧移刚度以及带缝钢板剪力墙的剪切屈曲特征。 2,加劲肋对带缝钢板剪力墙稳定性的影响,得出了加劲肋对带缝钢板剪力墙稳定性的影响规律。 3,带缝钢板剪力墙弹性稳定性分析,在弹性稳定性分析中分析了整体设计参数B/H、H/t以及开缝设计参数b/t、h/b及h/H对带缝钢板剪力墙稳定性的影响 4,带缝钢板剪力墙弹塑性稳定性分析,分析了影响带缝钢板剪力墙弹塑性稳定性的几种因素对剪力墙稳定性的影响程度,初始几何缺陷和焊接残余应力对带缝钢板剪力墙的稳定性的影响。 5,带缝钢板剪力墙屈曲荷载拟合公式,提出了常用范围内的带缝钢板剪力墙弹性屈曲荷载公式,以及考虑初始几何缺陷和残余应力后的屈曲荷载公式。 最后在总结本文工作的基础上,提出了尚未解决的问题

【Abstract】 Steel structure become one of more and more important structure forms of high structure since higher strength and better ductility of steel. High steels construction is different from single layer or many layers constructions, vertical load is not the main influential factor, lateral load become the first factor to study. lateral resistant systems become an important study object, steel shear wall with slits as a new type of earthquake-resisting element has better benefits. Steel shear wall with slits has been studied by Japanese studiers . The study on steel shear wall with slits is initial stage. Based on the previous research work done on slit shear wall, Stability analysis of slit steel shear wall has been studied in this paper, based on the theoretic study ,the out-of-plane stability of steel slit wall was studied by using FEM Structure analysis program -ANSYS. Several factors were been studied which affect out-of-plane stability of steel slit shear wall, such as welded edge stiffeners, B/H H/t initial geometric imperfection, residual stress etc. The approximate bucking strength expression was put forward in this paper. The inelastic stability of steel shear wall with slits is studied. The details is listed as below:1. The mechanics functions of steel shear wall with slits are analyzed ,such as the initial stiffness expressions the initial yield strength and ultimate strength expressions the out-of-plane behavior and so on.2. The influence of vertical welded stiff eners to the out-of-plane stability, the method of evaluate the restriction of the stiffeners.3. the analysis of the elastic out-of-plane stability with different design parameters ,such as the width to height ratio of the shear wall B/H the height to thickness ratio H/t the width to thickness ratio of flexural links b/t the height to width ratio of flexural links h/b the height of flexural links to the height of height of the shear wall h/H.4. the analysis of the inelastic out-of-plane stability, the two important factors-initial geometric imperfection and residual stress -which affect the ultimate strength of steel shear wall.5. the approximate expressions both elastic buckling strength and the inelastic buckling strength are put forward.Some problem about this research that is worth to be investigated further are put up in the end of the paper.
