自走式青饲收割机不分行割台切割机理的研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济的快速发展,需要大力发展牛羊饲养业,青贮饲料收获机械则是这一发展过程中的重要环节,市场需要大量的青饲收割机。 本文简要介绍了青饲机发展现状、研究的意义和不分行割台的传动原理。对玉米的特性和力学性能进行了研究,分析了滑切省力的原因。分析和设计了超大直径圆盘式切割器,同时设计了一种梯形刀片和一种锯齿形刀片,用于进行对比正交试验。在对锯齿形刀片滑切角和刀片运动轨迹动力学分析的基础上,找到了切割过程中滑切角的变化规律,确定了考核切割质量的关键指标和影响不分行割台切割质量的关键参数,建立了数学模型。最后进行试验数据的处理,分析了关键参数对试验指标的影响规律。 本论文主要完成了两个内容,首先从理论上分析了无支承切割的切割机理,设计了超大直径圆盘式切割器。然后利用正交设计,建立数学模型,进行回归分析,找到了各个试验因素与试验指标间的规律。实测结果与计算结果表明,方法是适用的。建立的数学模型为提高机器的切割性能提供了一种重要的分析方法。

【Abstract】 With the fast development of our country’s economy, the cow and sheep feeding industry is required to be improved, forage harvesting equipment is the key to the development, and many forage harvesters are needed in the market.The paper in brief introduced the development actuality, the significance of the study and the transmission device of the self-propelled forage row independent harvester. The mechanics characters of the corn were studied, and slip cutting for saving energy was analyzed. The rotary cutter with super disc knife was introduced, and the trapezoid knife and the zigzag knife were designed to conduct the perpendicular experiment. Based on dynamics analysis of the zigzag knife’s slip cutting and the track of the knife, the rule of the slip cutting angle’s variety rule during cutting was founded. The key parameters for check the cutting quality, and the key factors of the influence upon cutting quality of the self-propelled row independent forage harvester’s cutter bar, were confirmed to carry through a perpendicular experiment. The mathematics model was established, the key factors influence upon the cutting quality was analyzed.Two main contents were included in this paper. First, the cutting mechanism of free cutting was analyzed in theory, the rotary cutter with super disc knife was designed. Second the mathematics model was established after the examination. According to regress examination, the relation between the examination parameters and the examination factors was founded. The measured examination results were satisfactory confirmed with the calculation. The mathematics model contributes an analytical method for further cutting performance improvement.
