液压落锤式打桩机电液系统研究

【摘要】 本题目结合液压落锤式高速公路护栏打桩机的开发任务,主要研究能够满足护栏沉打功能要求和高效节能的电、液系统的原理、性能以及相关参数对整机性能的影响。通过结构设计、电、液系统的原理设计,实现了该打桩机的基本功能并经过实验检测和工业性实践证明。在此基础上,利用计算机液压系统仿真软件AMESim对打桩机关键性能和作业效率进行了仿真研究分析,取得了不同的提升油缸(双作用油缸和单作用油缸)以及不同的回油支路(装或者不装用于快速回油的液控单向阀)所对应的落锤速度、回油背压、回油流量等参数,获得了设计和开发高效节能的液压落锤式打桩机有效的系统方案和参数。电控系统实现了打桩、重打轻拍、标高自动控制等功能,通过工业性实验证明达到了预期的设计目标。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly studies the principle, performance and the relative parameters of the hydraulic system and electric control system to the whole performance of a hydraulic falling hammer machine which is specified for the defending pile along the expressway. The fundamental functions of the machine has been realizied by designing of the structure, hydraulic system, and automatic control systems and proved by testing measurement. At this basis, the author uses AMESim( Advanced Modeling Environment for Simulation of engineering systems) to simulate the working of hydraulic systems with different principle,different parts and different parameters, such as double or single function cylinder, with or without hydraulic controlled one-way valve, and to compare and optimize the principle, parts and parameters. This is helpful for developing this kind hammer machine with high efficiency. And also the functions of automatic pile driving, heavy and light beating, required height controlling has been realized under the control system.
