深层水泥土搅拌桩加固粉煤灰路基的技术研究

【摘要】 本文对太原市西北环高速公路K33+718~K33+830段粉煤灰填埋区软弱地基水泥土深层搅拌桩复合地基的试验研究,包括粉煤灰填埋区的工程地质条件、粉煤灰的物理化学性质的分析研究、水泥土搅拌桩的室内和桩顶部试块无侧限抗压强度试验、现场制桩试验、试验桩的单桩和复合地基的静载荷试验、单桩的低应变动力检测、桩间土的标贯试验等。通过对试验资料的整理、计算和对比分析,提出: 粉煤灰是一种物理化学性质上类似于火山灰性质的材料,以粉煤灰形成的搅拌桩,桩体强度随水泥掺入量的增加而提高;粉煤灰软弱层搅拌形成的水泥土桩其单桩和复合加固体承载力及沉降量,满足高速公路和一般建筑物对复合地基要求;粉煤灰软弱层深层搅拌加固体顶面敷设褥垫层是必要的。 用深层搅拌水泥土桩处理粉煤灰填埋区软弱地基是可行的。它对我国北方产煤区的公路建设、建筑物基础处理以及环境保护具有一定的意义。

【Abstract】 The paper sorts out calculates, contrasts and analyzes the test data for test research of soft subgrade soil-cement deep mixing pile compound foundation in Taiyuan northwest loop expressway K33+718-K33+830 section flyash fill zone, including the engineering geological conditions of flyash fill zone, analysis and research of flyash physical and chemical characteristics, unconfined compressive strength test of soil-cement mixing pile indoor and pile butt speciment, filed making-pile test, static load test of single pile and compound foundation, cower strain dynamic detection of single pile and pile-soil standard penetration test etc.It concludes that the flash is a kind of material similar as volcano ash in the physical and chemical characteristics,the mixing pile shaped by flyash, whose pile strength is improved with the increase of cement admixture load capacity and displacement of soil-cement single pile and compound reinforced material shaped by mixing flyash soft layer, which meets with the requirements cf expressway and common building to compound foundation.It is necessary for flyash soft layer to pave underlayer at the top of deep layer mixing reinforced material.It is feasible for using deep layer soil-cement mixing pile to treat with soft foundation in flyash fill zone, which has a definite significance for highway construction, building foundation treatment and environmental protection in the coal-producing area of the North in our country.
