网络环境下建筑金属结构产品设计系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 建筑金属结构产品主要包括建筑门窗、幕墙、采光顶等产品。建筑金属结构企业则是面向建筑行业提供建筑金属结构产品的制造企业。随着我国入世,国内经济的迅速增长,国内的建筑行业也蓬勃发展。特别是近年来,建筑市场更是一片蓬勃生机。但是我国建筑金属结构产品制造企业较普遍地存在着企业规模小,且其产品设计周期长、出错率高、材料统计费时费力、重复劳动工作量较大。同时在建筑金属结构产品制造企业中设计分散独立,难以实现协同设计以及信息汇总、分类和共享等。因此根据我国建筑金属结构行业的现状,针对行业中存在的问题,研制出一套在企业网络环境中实现建筑金属结构产品设计的系统具有重要的实践意义。 本论文首先说明了建筑金属结构产品制造企业及建筑金属结构产品的特点,指出了传统的建筑金属结构产品设计的流程中存在的问题,分析了建筑金属结构产品设计系统的需求。在此基础上提出了在企业网络环境中实现建筑金属结构产品设计系统的解决方案。并且具体给出了系统的结构体系和功能体系以及网络环境中产品设计的运行模式。 论文在此基础上进一步研究了在本系统设计和实现中所采用的部分关键技术。着重探讨了socket技术,并提出基于Socket分层结构的数据集成技术;提出了四元组的权限处理机制,并给出了基于COM/DCOM组件模型权限管理实现方案;探讨了原型设计模式,并在此基础上提出了基于原型模式的产品设计技术,从而满足产品设计需求。 最后本论文综述了系统的开发和应用环境以及系统的各功能模块。本论文的研究是国家863目标产品“建筑金属结构行业计算机辅助设计和生产管理集成系统”在网络环境下扩展。系统已经在具体厂家得到应用,取得了较好的应用效果。

【Abstract】 Construction mental structure products are the products which include doors and windows, curtain walls, skylights, etc. The enterprises of Construction metal structure design or manufacture construction mental structure products for the industry of construction. As China being one member of the WTO, the state economy develops quickly and the industry of construction appears flourishing. However, it is usual that the enterprise is too small in the construction mental structure area. And during the course of construction mental structure products’ designing and manufacturing, there’re some widespread problems such as long design cycle, high error rate, difficult to total the material, large amounts of information, and time after time rehandling, etc. At the same time, product design is dispersive and personal, and difficult to cooperate with each other in enterprise, difficult to collect, classify and share the information. So considering the phenomena of the industry of construction mental structure and the existing problem, it is significant to develop the system of design for construction mental structure products.At first, this paper explains the characters of the enterprises and their products of construction mental structure, and analyses the design flow of construction mental structure and the problems existed and the requirement during the products design. On the base of it, the paper offers the scheme by which the system is developed in network environment of an enterprise. This paper offers the architecture and functions of the system and also offers the operation model of the product design in network.Then on the base of these, this paper studies the key technologies applied in it. Firstly, it focuses on the Socket technology, and proposes the method of n-tier by Socket to integrate data of the system. Secondly, this paper proposes a regulation which is composed by four elements to control rights and offers the plan of rights management on the base of COM/DCOM technology. Thirdly, this paper analyses the thought of prototype model and proposes the product design technology realized by it.At last, associated with the work, aimed at the problem existed in product design, considered the real situation of the example factory, the system is designed and developed. And the applying instance is demonstrated. The product design system is developed in the environment of network on the base of the 863/CIMS object product--"the system of Computer Aided Design and Product Management forconstruction mental structure products". The system has been applied in the example factory and has got good effect.
