三板溪面板堆石坝施工动态可视化仿真与优化研究

【摘要】 三板溪水电站混凝土面板堆石坝最大坝高185.50m,坝体总填筑量867.07万m3,宽高比2.28,属狭窄河床高面板堆石坝。该面板堆石坝施工过程复杂,影响施工的随机因素众多,传统设计方法很难准确得到施工组织设计中的一些重要参数。本文针对三板溪面板堆石坝施工的实际情况,将堆石坝施工过程的两个子系统,运输上坝子系统和坝面填筑子系统有机地结合起来,采用循环网络模拟技术进行一体化仿真,并应用GIS技术,以动态可视化的形式将堆石坝的施工全过程表现出来,从而更加真实地反映堆石坝的施工过程。三板溪水电站土石方调配是影响工程的一个重要因素,也是进行堆石坝施工全过程仿真必不可少的前提条件之一。本文采用线性规划的方法,将一个受时间、空间约束的动态问题静态化,以全过程调配费用最低为目标,建立了土石方调配问题的数学模型,并以递阶计算的方式求出最优的调配成果。基于以上思想,本文利用VC++和GIS技术编制了三板溪堆石坝施工系统仿真软件,其详尽的仿真成果验证了本文仿真方法的先进性及有效性。同时这种方法也是制定切实可行的大坝施工组织方案、预测工程未来进展以及进行施工现场实时控制与管理的有效手段。

【Abstract】 Sanbanxi concrete facing rockfill dam stands 185.50, which total volume is 867.07×104m3 and the ratio of with to height is 2.28. For its complexities and randomicities, it is hard to accurately obtain some important parameters in construction design for Sanbanxi high rockfill dam with conventional method. This paper analyses in detail construction processes and characteristics of the two subsystems in rockfill dam according to the actual construction. They are haulage and placement of rip-rap subsystems which are interactional. Then integrated simulation is introduced into combining the two subsystems in this paper with technique of cycle operation network and GIS, and it impersonally reflects the actual construction through 3D dynamic visual form.For construction organization plan, the optimized allocation is of great significance to reduce the project cost and ensure the construction period for Sanbanxi Project. Because of the characteristic of being influenced or constrained by time-space, a new method of changing its dynamic into static is presented with the system analysis based on the existed research. Meanwhile, Linear Programming is introduced to solve the problem. In order to strengthen the commonness and agility of model, some human interventions are in an in-depth and particular consideration in building the mathematics model. Based on the ideas, the software of system simulation named EDAMSIM for construction of rockfill dams is programmed with VC++ and GIS. The results show the validity, the efficiency, and practicability of this method, which is a useful management tool for analyzing the construction processes of concrete facing rockfill dams in practice.
