通信开关电源智能监控系统及智能模块的研制

【摘要】 本课题“通信开关电源智能监控系统及智能模块的研制”属于对本公司产品的更新换代,主要目的就是研制出一种先进、实用、可靠性高的通信开关电源供电系统。为适应当前通信设备对通信电源系统的各种需求,尤其是要求无人值守、集中维护和管理等。本课题研究取得了如下主要成果: 1. 系统地设计了电源系统智能控制器。采用高性能的微控制器Rabbit2000及触摸屏技术,实现了电源系统的控制与管理。通过上位机,对电源系统实现了“三遥”。通过触摸屏可实现各种状态的查询及各项参数的设定。 2. 对整流模块进行了设计。在整流模块的设计中,采用了如下的新技术:AFPC技术,FB ZVZCS技术,移相式PWM控制等。 3. 对智能整流模块监控单元进行了设计。在整流模块中加入了单片机,使得整流模块在出现过压、过流、超温、直流欠压等故障时具有完善的保护功能,同时方便了对模块信息的采集及控制,使得电源系统更为可靠。 4.针对通信系统对开关电源的要求,结合智能开关整流模块软件和硬件的各自优点,给出了一种有别于现有的均流方法—智能均流法。

【Abstract】 The project titled in development on intellectual monitor system and modules of communication switching power supply system, which belongs to upgrade products of our company. In order to make the communication power supply system to be suit to communication apparatus, especially in the centralized maintenance and management, no watch, the new version products are communication switching power supply system with advance, practicality and high reliability. The main research results are summaried as follow:The intellectual controllers of the power supply system have been designed systematically. The micro-controller Rabbit2000 with excellent performance and touch screen technology are adopted to realize the control and management for the power system. The “three-remote” technique has been realized through the upper computer. Utilizing the touch-screen techniques, the various states can be searched and the parameters can be set up.The rectifier modules have been designed. The new technologies are followed in the design of the rectifier modules, such as AFPC, FB-ZVZCS and phase-shift PWM controller etc.The monitor unit of the intellectual rectifier modules has been designed. The single-chip computer is added in the rectifier modules to provide the absolutely protection functions, when the module occurs over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature and under-voltage, meanwhile, the collection and control about the module information become more convenient and the power supply system becomes more reliable.On base of the requirements of switching power supply, a new current-sharing method, intellectual current-sharing techniques, is presented by using the software and hardware each merits.
