【摘要】 本文对秦巴山区特有的药用植物秦岭龙胆的化学成分进行了研究，总结了近年来新发现的环烯醚萜及裂环烯醚萜类化合物及龙胆科药用植物化学成分的提取分离方法，并对龙胆科药用植物的化学成分的研究概况进行了综述。通过对秦岭龙胆化学成分的系统预试，初步确定秦岭龙胆中含有糖，内酯、香豆素及其甙类，酚性成分，黄酮及其甙类，生物碱类，甾萜类成分，鞣质，有机酸和挥发油等。采用系统溶剂提取法、硅胶柱层析法、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶柱层析法及重结晶法分离得到了I、II、III、IV、V、VI、VII、VIII共八个化合物，经理化鉴定和有机波谱鉴定（MS、UV、IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、HMBC、HMQC、NOE差谱），确定了II、V、VI、VII、VIII五个化合物的结构。化合物II为龙胆苦苷，V为水飞蓟素异构体，VI为Asystasioside A，VII为异荭草素，VIII为蔗糖。其中蔗糖和飞蓟素异构体是首次从秦岭龙胆中发现的化合物。本文通过二维核磁共振谱的解析确定了化合物Asystasioside A的空间结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 The chemical constituents of the Gentiana apiata N.E.Br. have been protested systematically by means of tube-test. It is found that the Gentiana apiata N.E.Br. contain carbohydrates, iridoids and secoiridoids, flavonoids, coumarins, alkaloids, phytosterols and terpenoids, organic acides, Volatile oils, etc.From the whole herb of Gentiana apiata N.E.Br., eight compounds were isolated by means of soivent extraction,colum chromatography,Sephedex LH-20 and Multiple crystallization.Among them five compounds’ chemical structures were elucidated as follows: gentiopicrin (II), iso-marianin(V), Asystasioside A(VI), isoorientin(VII) and D-(+)-sucrose(VIII), in which compound V and VIIIare isolated from Gentiana apiata N.E.Br. firstly.更多还原
