朝鲜半岛局势和多边安全合作机制的建立

【摘要】 朝鲜半岛与中国地理上相连，对中国有着极其重要的经济、政治和安全意义，在中国周边环境中居于特殊的地位。朝鲜半岛局势的发展对中国有着重要的影响。 由于朝鲜半岛特殊的地缘政治环境，半岛问题的解决不仅依赖于半岛南北双方关系的进一步发展，也依赖于相关大国的积极推动与促进，并且依赖于大国之间关系在该地区乃至全球范围内的良性互动。以此为依据，本文首先说明了朝鲜半岛问题的由来，指出朝鲜半岛问题是美苏之间军事和意识形态上两极体制对立的产物。在分析冷战后朝鲜半岛局势的演变及变量基础上，重点围绕目前引起半岛局势紧张的“朝核问题”，阐明了各方立场，提出“朝核问题”和平解决的思路。 由于朝鲜半岛特殊的历史发展背景，半岛问题的解决必定要经历一个曲折复杂的长期过程。通过对半岛统一与安全的互动关系的辨证分析，指出了适应冷战后东北亚地区安全环境的变化，建立朝鲜半岛多边安全合作机制的必要性和现实可能性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Korean Peninsula is joined to China has great significance to China on economy politics and safety . It plays a especial role in the circumstance that around Chinese perimeter . The alteration of the Korean Peninsula affects China greatly.Owing to the especial role that the Korean Peninsula plays in geopolitics , the solution of the problem of the Korean Peninsula is dependent not only on the further development of the relationship between the south side and the north side in the peninsula ,but also on the positive improvements which comes from the grand countries that related to the problem .Furthermore ,it is dependent on the positive interaction of the relations amony this ,this article points out the original cause of the problem ,and points out that the problem was the result of the opposition of the military and ideology between American and Soviet Union ,Based on the analyses of the related factors and alteration of the situation of the Korean Peninsula after the cold-war , the author points out the stand points of each side about the urgent situation on Korean nuclear crisis ,and points the peaceful solution of it.Owing to the especial background of the development of the Korean Peninsula the solution must comes from a long zigzag complicate process . Thought the dialectical analyses of the interactive relations on the safety and the unity of the peninsula ,the anther points out the necessary and the possibility of building a Multilateral Secure Cooperation Mechanism according to the alteration of the circumstance of safety in that area.更多还原
