【摘要】 目的 了解太原市中小学生口腔健康状况及口腔卫生行为，以便为进行中学生口腔健康教育提供参考。 方法 对太原市区、郊区有代表性的4所中学的3132名中学生进行口腔健康状况普查和口腔卫生行为的问卷调查。结果 女生龋患率、龋均、牙颌畸形患病率、牙颌畸形矫治率、选择竖刷者的构成比高于男生，而男生牙周病的患病率、牙龈出血率、牙结石检出率、软垢检出率明显高于女生。市区学生龋患率、龋均、龋齿充填率、开始刷牙年龄、牙颌畸形矫治率高于郊区学生，而郊区学生的氟牙症的患病率、牙周病患病率明显高于市区学生。随着年级的升高，牙周病患病率、牙龈出血率、牙结石检出率、牙颌畸形患病率、氟牙症的患病率也增加。结论 当今的中学生口腔卫生知识还很贫乏 ,仍有许多不利于口腔卫生的习惯。因此，应大力在中学生中开展口腔卫生宣传，使他们掌握更多的口腔卫生知识，建立健康的态度和良好的口腔卫生习惯，以利于其健康成长和全民族文化素质的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: find out the oral health situation and oral hygiene behavior of pupils in Taiyuan City in order to provide reference for the education of oral health to them.Method: conduct an investigation by questionnaire in 3132 pupils from 4 representative urban and suburb middle schools.Result: the proportion of dental caries incidence, DMF, maxillofacial deformities & their obstruction, and vertical brush of girls is higher than that of boys, while that of periodontal disease, parulis, and dental calculus & deposit of boys is obviously higher than that of girls. The proportion of dental caries incidence, DMF, caries filling, age of first brush, and obstruction of maxillofacial deformities of urban pupils is higher than that of suburban pupils, while that of periodontal disease of suburban pupils is higher than that of urban pupils. The proportion of periodontal disease, parulis, dental calculus, and maxillofacial deformities is rising and that of dental deposit and choice of F toothpaste is falling as pupils go on to higher grade.Conclusion: Nowadays pupils have little knowledge about oral hygiene and many habits which are harmful to oral hygiene. Therefore, a great deal of publicity should be given to the pupils so as to make them know more oral hygiene and form healthy attitude and fine habits and contribute to their healthy growth and eventually quality improvement of the whole nation.更多还原
