便携式1010n/s中子发生器电路系统的研制

【摘要】 论文对所研制的新一代便携式1010n/s中子发生器电路进行了全面的介绍,对离子源电路,存储器电路,特别靶极高压电路结构进行深入剖析。在离子源电路中采用集成的DC-DC高压模块,使原电路得到简化。研制出新型的中子管气压自动控制电路,同时引入PID调节,更好的实现了对存贮器加热电流的控制,使用具有国际先进水平的Vicor电源模块研制出存贮器加热电源,这些措施保证了离子源的稳定工作。研制开发出200kV、5mA的便携式靶极高压电路,该电路采用直流稳压系统-逆变器-倍压电路的电路结构,直流稳压电路采用开关-线性双重调压技术,实现0-250V连续可调。逆变器采用较高的工作频率,有效的减小了中子发生器的体积。在研制过程中发现并提出了用增大升压变压器漏感的方法来减少倍压型高压电路的无功损耗,这为研制大功率高压电源和提高这种电源可靠性提供了一种有效方法和手段。

【Abstract】 The circuit system for the portable sealed tube neutron generator with neutron yield more than 1010n/s is described in this thesis. The ion source circuit, the reservoir circuit and the target high voltage circuit of this neutron generator are studied in detail. A compositive DC-DC high voltage module is used to produce the high voltage for the ion source of the neutron tube, thus we simplize the structure of this circuit. We developed a new air pressure auto-control circuit. The PID control technology is used in the circuit for controlling the current of the reservoir and air pressure of the ion source better. We developed a new power for heating the reservoir through using Vicor power module which is first-class in the world. These means improve the stability of the ion source.A portable target high voltage circuit that has 200kV, 5mA output is developed. In the circuit, we adopt the structure of direct current, steady voltage – inverter – multiplier circuit. We adopt both switch adjustment and linear adjustment method in direct current steady voltage circuit, and achieve the continuous adjustment from 0VDC to 250VDC. The working frequency is chosen at high wave band, which diminishes the volume of the neutron generator to a great extent. For purpose of reducing the reactive power produced by the cockcroft-walton voltage multiplier, the means of Increasing the leakage inductance of the high voltage transformer is put forward in the thesis, <WP=5>and analyzed simply in theory. Then a new method and means is provided for developing higher power higher voltage electrical source, and improving their reliability.
