景观生态原理支持下的前郭县农业结构调整研究

【摘要】 为了能够更快的与国际市场接轨,迎接入世给农业所带来的机遇和挑战,对农业结构进行调整已成为我国农业发展的头等大事。吉林省是我国的农业大省,前郭县(四大灌区之一的“前扶灌区”所在地)又是吉林省的重点产粮县,其农业结构的调整更显得尤为重要。文章以GIS为技术平台,首先采用“基于数字地形分析的小流域分割技术”,对前郭县做小流域的划分,划定了基础的工作单元。其次在对前郭县遥感图像进行解译,并与小流域图、植被图、地质图及DEM图像进行叠加的基础上,划分小流域的土地自然类型和利用类型,并分别对其自然结构现状及土地利用结构现状进行分析对比,确定它们之间的匹配关系,结合退化土地在各流域中所占的比例,得出各小流域生态系统对农业结构调整的支持度。再次选取各小流域与农业发展密切相关的社会经济因子指标,按照相应标准划分不同的支持度等级,得出各社会经济因子对农业结构调整的支持度,按各因子对农业影响的程度,赋予相应的权重,求得社会经济系统对农业结构调整的综合支持值,以此划分其支持度的等级。第四应用SPSS软件,对各小流域的生态支持度和社会经济系统的支持度进行多等级聚类分析,将9个小流域聚为五种类型:生态与社会经济系统基本支持型;生态基本支持、社会经济系统不支持型;生态不支持、社会经济系统基本支持型;生态与社会经济系统基本欠支持型和生态、社会经济系统均不支持型。最后按支持度的分类,确定农业结构调整的五种类型:(1)整体优势型(2)生态支持型、(3)社会经济支持型(4)点源优势带动型(5)生态修复型

【Abstract】 For connecting with the international market quickly and meeting the challenge and the opportunity given by the entrance of WTO for agriculture, the adjustment of agriculture construction has become the most important event of the agriculture development. The Jilin province is a big agricultural province, and the Qian’guo county is Jilin province’s important agricultural county. So it’s agricultural construction adjustment is particularly important.Based on the GIS, this paper firstly use ‘the technology of drainage basin diversion based on the digital terrace analysis’ mark off the little drainage basin of Qian’guo county. Secondly by explaining the remote sensing picture and folded with the picture of little drainage, coverage map, geologic map and the picture of DEM, get the types of the natural land and types of the land-using, then analyse and contrast them, find their fitting relation, combined with the degeneration data, work out the ecological support level for the adjustment of the little drainage. Furthermore choosing agriculture related social and economic factors and according with their relative criterion, elicit their support level. And according by their importance to the agriculture, calculate the support level for the adjustment of agricultural construction of the social and economic system. Forth, using the software of SPSS cluster the support level of ecological system and the social and economic system of the little drainages, and get five types of them: ecological system and social and economic system both supporting, social and economic system supporting but ecological system not, ecological system supporting but social and economic system not, not very supporting and none supporting. Finally based on the classification of the supporting level, deduce five types of agricultural construction adjustment: <WP=5>Holistic superiorityEcological supporting Social and economic supportingSpot superiorityEcological restoration
